Logan is blind, but please don’t let that put you off. He manages remarkably well and once he has learnt the layout and his familiar routes around a home, he gets about confidently. Of course, if somebody unexpectedly leaves something in his path, he may have the occasional little “Oops, who put that there?” moment, so a fairly predictable home environment helps him enormously. Logan is a very special 12+ year-old marmalade gentleman who is looking for a loving forever home where he can enjoy plenty of company, affection and attention. He has the most wonderfully laid-back, relaxed nature. He is incredibly friendly and absolutely adores being with people — strokes, fuss and affectionate head nuzzles are some of his favourite things. He likes roosting on the bed or sofa with you. He isn’t a fan of a tummy tickle though! His foster has noticed he responds to toys with sounds so he is able to play and seems to enjoy it. He has lived with another cat before, so he could potentially live in a home with another friendly cat, subject to the right introductions and circumstances. Most of all, Logan is yearning for a home where he can have companionship, attention and space to explore safely. He has so much affection to give and deserves someone who will embrace his blindness, understand his needs and give this lovely older boy all the love and security he deserves. We feel he needs at least someone there during some of the working week days so it would be perfect if you work at least part of the week at home. Logan needs a safe home with windows only on latch or cat proofed and will either need to be an indoor only cat or indoor plus a catio. He loves cat grass.
