Het verhaal van Lottie: Op veel Griekse eilanden, zoals ook op Lefkas, is het zwerfhonden probleem groot, met name puppy dumping, met of zonder moeder. Gelukkig zijn er altijd zeer bevlogen dierenliefhebbers die zich dagelijks inzetten voor de arme dieren. Sinds ruim vijftien jaar biedt ‘Little Friends Lefkas’ hulp aan dieren in nood. Lottie werd, met haar broertje Cooper, gevonden in een afgelegen gebied, helemaal alleen! Natuurlijk was alles wat spannend in het begin maar al snel vond ze haar weg en zoals gezegd is ze nu een sociaal, vrolijke, levendige hond met een heerlijk gezond (zelf)vertrouwen. En Lottie is nu in zeer goede gezondheid. Ook Cooper is nog te adopteren. Onze vrolijke, sociale, levendige Lottie heeft een lieve familie zoveel te geven. Het is een heerlijk meisje dat met vertrouwen de wereld inkijkt. Lottie is gek op spelen en speeltjes maar kan ook echt genieten van lekker knuffelen. Van even chillen op zijn tijd wordt ze ook erg blij. Ze is super met andere honden en kinderen en totaal niet geïnteresseerd in katten. Aan de lijn is ze enthousiast en blij om op pad te gaan. Daarnaast is ze prachtig om te zien. Voor Lottie zoeken we een liefdevol thuis het liefst met een fijne tuin, veilig omheind, zodat zij heerlijk kan spelen en buiten kan zijn. En waar zij zich voor altijd thuis en veilig voelt. Zij houdt ook ontzettend van uit wandelen gaan dus dat is zeker een voorwaarde om de juiste match voor haar te zijn. Zij zal natuurlijk hier in Nederland nog wel aan alle nieuwe dingen moeten wennen. Zo zijn de geluiden van druk verkeer van (vracht)auto’s, fatbikes nieuw, net als de deurbel, televisie of bijvoorbeeld een slaande klok. De ontdekkingsreis in ons land vraagt natuurlijk tijd en geduld van de adoptant. Haar geschatte geboortedatum is 5.11.2025 en ze weegt nu (3.7.2026) 18 kilo en is circa 51 cm schouderhoogte.
