Luigy came to us from the Luník IX district in Košice together with Luis. The start of his life was probably not easy, but despite that, he has a chance for a completely different future than he had so far. Upon arrival, he was stressed and cautious, but gradually began to get used to things. With a patient approach and hand-feeding, we managed to build trust, and now he is a cheerful, active dog who enjoys human company. With new people, he may be more cautious at first, but with calmness, patience, and tasty treats, a person can quickly find their way to him - as the saying goes, love goes through the stomach. Each day he makes nice progress and gradually gains more confidence. He is sure-footed and self-assured, enjoys getting involved in everything happening around him. He likes toys, balls, and fetch, and enjoys playing. He is active, curious, and needs movement and stimulation. With dogs - males so far does not get along, with female dogs it depends on the individual. Handling is trouble-free in normal situations, but a muzzle is needed during veterinary procedures. On a leash, he still pulls and is getting used to it, so it will be necessary to continue his training. He has good hygiene habits with regular walks. During the day, he behaves politely and doesn't destroy anything, provided he has enough movement and activities. Luigy is suitable for more active people who will give him time, movement, and a patient approach. He is looking for a home in an apartment or a house with access inside, where he will have his place and security. Luigy needs someone who with patience will show him a completely different world than the one he knew so far. You may not gain his trust in five minutes, but the more faithful partner he will be to you when he realizes he is finally safe. It's enough to give him a chance to start over - this time by the side of the right person.

Luigy k nám prišiel z mestskej časti Luník IX v Košiciach spolu s Luisom. Začiatok jeho života asi nebol jednoduchý, no aj napriek tomu má šancu na úplne inú budúcnosť, akú mal doteraz. Po príchode bol vystresovaný a opatrný, no postupne si začal zvykať. Trpezlivým prístupom a kŕmením z ruky sa nám podarilo vybudovať dôveru a teraz je z neho veselý, aktívny psík, ktorý si užíva prítomnosť človeka. Pri nových ľuďoch môže byť zo začiatku opatrnejší, no s pokojom, trpezlivosťou a chutnými pamlskami si k nemu človek vie rýchlo nájsť cestu – ako sa hovorí, láska ide cez žalúdok. Každým dňom robí pekné pokroky a postupne si viac verí. Je istý a sebavedomý, rád sa zapája do všetkého, čo sa okolo neho deje. Má rád hračky, loptičky aj aportovanie a rád sa zapája do hry. Je aktívny, zvedavý a potrebuje pohyb aj podnety. So psami – samcami zatiaľ nevychádza, s fenkami vychádza individuálne. Manipulácia je v bežných situáciách bezproblémová, pri veterinárnych úkonoch je však potrebné použiť náhubok. Na vodítku ešte ťahá a zvyká si naň, preto bude potrebné pokračovať v jeho učení. Hygienické návyky má pri pravidelnom venčení. Dnu sa správa slušne a veci neničí, pokiaľ má dostatok pohybu a aktivít. Luigy je vhodný k aktívnejším ľuďom, ktorí mu doprajú čas, pohyb a trpezlivý prístup. Hľadá domov v byte alebo v dome s prístupom dovnútra, kde bude mať svoje miesto a istotu. Luigy potrebuje niekoho, kto mu s trpezlivosťou ukáže úplne iný svet, než aký doteraz poznal. Možno si jeho dôveru nezískate za päť minút, ale o to vernejším parťákom vám bude, keď zistí, že je konečne v bezpečí. Stačí mu dať šancu začať odznova – tentokrát už po boku toho správneho človeka.
