Lynn is looking for a home with loving and active adopters who can take her on sniffy adventures in quieter walking areas and give her all the love and attention she deserves. She is a typical busy Collie, so adopters with breed experience would be ideal, or a home who understands she needs plenty of physical and mental stimulation. Lynn can live with older secondary school children who will let her approach on her terms, who will play nicely with her and give her space when needed. She would like to be the only pet in the home and will need to be on a lead and muzzle at all times in public. She is a clever girl, so is eager to learn if there are minimal distractions, she currently does a lovely “sit” and “paw” and would benefit from training in short, sweet sessions with the help of a tasty treat. She will need a home with a private garden so she can have some off lead time to explore and play at her leisure. Lynn can settle nicely, so could be left for up to 4 hours, any leaving time will need to be introduced and built up gradually after she has had time to settle into her new home. Lynn will need to meet her adopters multiple times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. Sweet and intelligent girl Lynn is a 5 and a half year old Border Collie who loves going out and exploring the big, wide world. She loves to be active and can be very alert when out and about. She is great fun to be around, you’ll often see her throwing her toys in the air and catching them, she will happily play a game of fetch or tuggy with her raggy toy. She enjoys a gentle fuss and a cuddle in short bursts, especially a scratch on the neck and back, she will snuggle up on the sofa with you for a good snooze. This beautiful girl is on the hunt for her new home.
