The enchanting Maria is about 6 months old and has captured the heart of her foster family in a storm with her open, loving nature. Curious and lively, she explores the world and loves being out and about, sniffing and exploring her surroundings. Maria is a very people-oriented, loyal and affectionate young dog. She sometimes meets strangers cautiously at first, but warms up quickly with kind words and a few treats. Once she has gained trust, she shows herself to be clingy, playful and incredibly lovable. The little mouse is very smart, attentive and learns new things quickly. She already shows joy in nose work and could possibly be suitable as a companion or therapy dog with appropriate support. At her foster home, Maria lives peacefully with horses and shows herself to be calm, relaxed and fearless there; she could certainly also accompany well at the stable or on rides later on. She is compatible and social with other dogs. Maria was lovingly raised with her mother and sister at a foster home with many other dogs, cats and children. Her mother resembles a Maltese mix, the father is unknown. Visually, a Collie or Sheltie might also have been mixed in. She is not yet fully housebroken and diligently practices the dog ABC, walking on a leash and traveling by car. For this sensitive and somewhat insecure young dog, we are looking for a loving home without small children, preferably with active people who want to physically and mentally challenge her and discover the world together with her. Maria is vaccinated, chipped, dewormed and not yet spayed due to age. She is placed nationwide after a positive home visit with a protection agreement and against a protection fee. Neugierig und lebensfroh entdeckt sie die Welt und liebt es, draußen unterwegs zu sein, zu schnüffeln und ihre Umgebung zu erkunden. Maria ist eine sehr menschenbezogene, treue und verschmuste junge Hündin. Fremden begegnet sie anfangs manchmal noch etwas vorsichtig, taut mit lieben Worten und ein paar Leckerchen aber schnell auf. Hat sie Vertrauen gefasst, zeigt sie sich anhänglich, verspielt und unglaublich liebenswert. Die kleine Maus ist sehr schlau, aufmerksam und lernt neue Dinge schnell. Schon jetzt zeigt sie Freude an Nasenarbeit und könnte bei entsprechender Förderung später vermutlich auch als Begleit- oder Therapiehund geeignet sein. Auf ihrer Pflegestelle lebt Maria problemlos mit Pferden zusammen und zeigt sich dort ruhig, entspannt und unerschrocken, sie könnte später sicher auch gut am Stall oder bei Ausritten begleiten. Mit anderen Hunden ist sie verträglich und sozial. Maria durfte liebevoll behütet mit ihrer Mutter und ihrer Schwester auf einer Pflegestelle mit vielen anderen Hunden, Katzen und Kindern groß werden. Ihre Mutter ähnelt optisch einem Malteser-Mischling, der Vater ist unbekannt. Optisch könnte auch ein Collie oder Sheltie mitgemischt haben. Sie ist noch nicht ganz stubenrein und übt fleißig das Hunde-ABC, Leinelaufen und Autofahren. Für die sensible und noch etwas unsichere junge Hündin wünschen wir uns ein liebevolles Zuhause ohne kleine Kinder, gerne bei aktiven Menschen, die Lust haben, sie körperlich und geistig auszulasten und gemeinsam mit ihr die Welt zu entdecken. Maria ist geimpft, gechippt, entwurmt und altersbedingt noch nicht kastriert.
