Maťko is 9 years old and has a life behind him that no dog deserves. He was rescued from a home where he and two other dogs had been confined indoors. Despite what he’s been through, he hasn’t lost his faith in people or the world around him. He’s a small, gentle, and incredibly good dog who just wants safety, love, and his own person. Maťko is friendly, affectionate, and a completely problem-free companion. He has good hygiene, can handle being alone, and is familiar with all living things. People, dogs, and other animals don’t bother him. Most of the time, he sleeps peacefully and enjoys the presence of a human. Given his age and health condition, he won’t be a big athlete or a travel buddy anymore. Maťko has a heart murmur, which is why he takes medication, but he handles everything very well. He’s also slightly deaf, which doesn’t detract from his kindness or his desire to be a beloved family member. For Maťka, we are looking for a quiet and loving home where he can have a chance to live out the remainder of his autumn life with dignity, warmth, and a sense of belonging. He doesn’t need much. All he needs is a soft dog bed, regular care, peaceful walks, and a person who will never disappoint him. Maťko is in Pezinku. We believe that even an older dog deserves a new beginning. Maťko má 9 rokov a za sebou život, ktorý si žiadny psík nezaslúži. Bol odobraný z domu, kde spolu s ďalšími dvoma psíkmi živoril zatvorený vo vnútri. Napriek tomu, čím si prešiel, nezanevrel na ľudí ani na svet okolo seba. Je to malý, pokojný a nesmierne dobrý psík, ktorý túži už len po bezpečí, láske a svojom človeku. Maťko je kontaktný, milý a úplne bezproblémový spoločník. Má zvládnutú hygienu, bez problémov vydrží aj sám a znáša sa so všetkým živým. Nevadia mu ľudia, psíky ani iné zvieratá. Väčšinu času pokojne prespí a užíva si prítomnosť človeka. Vzhľadom na svoj vek a zdravotný stav z neho už nebude veľký športovec ani turistický parťák. Maťko má šelest na srdiečku, kvôli ktorému užíva lieky, no všetko zvláda veľmi dobre. Je tiež jemne nahluchlý, čo mu však nijako neuberá na jeho dobrote a chuti byť milovaným členom rodiny. Pre Maťka hľadáme pokojný a láskavý domov, kde dostane šancu prežiť jeseň svojho života dôstojne, v teple a s pocitom, že niekam patrí. Nepotrebuje veľa. Stačí mu mäkký pelech, pravidelná starostlivosť, pokojné prechádzky a človek, ktorý ho už nikdy nesklame. Maťko sa nachádza v Pezinku. Veríme, že aj starší psík má právo na nový začiatok.
