Maxxie is een lief grijs katertje dat nog maar kort bij ons is. Alles is voor hem op dit moment nog nieuw en spannend. Daarom houdt hij zich in het begin liever wat op de achtergrond en bekijkt hij de wereld graag vanaf een veilige afstand. Het liefst zoekt Maxxie een rustig en comfortabel plekje op waar hij zich veilig voelt. Vanuit daar kan hij op zijn eigen tempo wennen aan zijn nieuwe omgeving. Het is voor hem belangrijk dat hij eerst zijn eigen plekje kan vinden en rustig vertrouwen kan opbouwen. Maxxie kan goed met andere kittens overweg, maar een rustig huishouden zonder andere dieren zou ook geen probleem zijn. In het begin zal Maxxie waarschijnlijk nog niet toe zijn aan aaien of veel contact. Met voldoende rust, geduld en een veilige omgeving kan hij langzaam steeds meer vertrouwen krijgen.
