Why he hasn’t been adopted yet is something we’ll never understand. Melvin may be small in size – just 11 kg and 30 cm tall – but he has a personality that fills the room! He’s about 1 year and 8 months old (born in September 2023) and has been with us since he was just a tiny pup. If you’ve ever visited the shelter, you have definitely met our Melvin! He’s always nearby, looking for cuddles and kisses. Little Melvin is a funny fella, either in the middle of the action or just happy to nap in the sun or preferably in your lap. His favorite time of day? When volunteers or visitors shower him with love and affection – something he can’t get enough of. Melvin is very social with other dogs and enjoys playing and running with them in the yard and on the playground. If you’re looking for a small but lively companion who’s affectionate, loyal and always eager to please, Melvin could be your perfect match.
