♀, born ca. 5/2017, lively - playful - initially shy from Spain, Mesta is a ca. 5/2017 born female German Shepherd with a shoulder height of ca. 64 cm. Mesta came to the animal shelter in 2020 with her companion Mesto after they were freed from a cage in poor condition. Mesta is a very energetic and lively female dog. Despite the very poor living conditions that preceded her arrival, she is very friendly and plays with fellow animals of all breeds and sizes in the animal shelter. However, there are also dogs that she does not like. Mesta is a bit shyer than Mesto, but with a little tenderness and treats, she quickly warms up. Mesta has a congenital malformation on her head. This does not affect her in the slightest. Mesta will be neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped before being rehomed. The blood test for Mediterranean diseases in September 23 unfortunately revealed a positive result for leishmaniasis. Mesta is now being treated and is particularly in need of a quiet home where her immune system can stabilize and she can enjoy many more years of a beautiful dog life, which she has not yet experienced. ♀, geb. ca. 5/2017fröhlich - verspielt - anfangs schüchternin Spanien Mesta ist eine ca. 5/2017 geborene Deutsche Schäferhündin mit einer Schulterhöhe von ca. 64 cm. Mesta kam im Jahr 2020 mit ihrem Gefährten Mesto ins Tierheim, nachdem sie im schlechten Zustand aus einem Käfig befreit worden waren. Mesta ist eine sehr energetische und fröhliche Hündin. Trotz der vorangehend sehr schlechten Haltungsbedingungen ist sie sehr freundlich und spielt im Tierheim mit Artgenossen aller Rassen und Größen zusammen. Es gibt jedoch auch Hunde, die sie nicht mag. Mesta ist ein bisschen schüchterner als Mesto, aber mit etwas Zärtlichkeit und Leckerlies schließt sie einen schnell ins Herz. Mesta hat eine angeborene Fehlbildung am Kopf. Diese beeinträchtigt sie nicht im Geringsten. Mesta wird kastriert, geimpft und gechippt vermittelt. Die Blutuntersuchung auf Mittelmeerkrankheiten ergab im September 23 leider einen positiven Befund auf Leishmaniose. Mesta wird nun behandelt und sucht besonders dringend ein ruhiges Zuhause, in dem sich ihr Immunsystem stabilisieren und sie noch viele Jahre ein schönes Hundeleben genießen kann, das sie bisher noch nicht erleben durfte.
