I am male, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and born around 2017. I am approximately 35cm tall. I have been waiting since August 2018 for a home. My caretakers say about me: Chimo is a surrender dog that we took in from a friend's organization. Originally, he came from Spain, and all previous health checks have been satisfactory. At first, he had to learn to get used to direct interaction with people. Since he sometimes snaps when he feels threatened, it took a long time for the use of a collar and harness to work. Now, apart from proper body language and calmness, small tricks or detours are necessary to leash him. Walking with our regular handlers is enjoyable for him, and if it goes smoothly, cautious cuddles are now also part of the program, preferably with staff members. We are very happy about this and are slowly searching for a understanding home for Chimo. Chimo is generally compatible with other animals, even though he likes to play the macho. This animal has a history of biting.

Ursprünglich stammt er aus Spanien, die bisherigen Befunde sind alle in Ordnung. Bei uns musste er erst einmal lernen, sich an den direkten Umgang mit Menschen zu gewöhnen. Da er in manchenSituation schnappt wenn er sich bedroht fühlt, benötigte er eine lange Zeit, bis das Anlegen von Halsband und Gurt funktionierte Inzwischen sind außer entsprechender Körperhaltung und Ruhe noch kleine Tricks oder Umwege nötig, ihn anzuleinen. Das Ausführen mit unseren Gassigehern genießt er und wenn es entspannt zugeht, sind vorsichtige Streicheleinheiten nun auch mit im Programm enthalten, bevorzugt im Mitarbeiterkreis.
