Momo is a nearly seven-year-old Labrador female dog. We rescued her from Portugal at 15 weeks old and have kept her safe at the animal shelter. Since then, she has lived with us in Switzerland. We have taken her to dog school regularly. She walks well on a leash and can be reliably called back. In new situations, she can be a bit restless or excited at first, but usually calms down quickly. At home, she is balanced, calm, and sleeps a lot. Momo loves fetching and especially enjoys working with a food bag. She shows off her skills with great enthusiasm. She also loves water. She is fit, enjoys hiking with us, and can ride in the car without problems. She can also wait alone in the car for a certain time. What Momo finds difficult is being left alone at home. After a long training period, we were able to achieve about two hours in the spring. Currently, she usually only manages about an hour. The most important thing for Momo is the company of people. Therefore, we are looking for a home where someone is always at home and she can experience a lot of closeness and everyday life together. Momo does not get along with cats. Wir haben sie mit 15 Wochen in Portugal abgeholt und vor dem Tierheim bewahrt. Seitdem lebt sie bei uns in der Schweiz. Wir waren mit ihr regelmässig in der Hundeschule. Sie läuft gut an der Leine und lässt sich zuverlässig abrufen. In neuen Situationen kann sie im ersten Moment etwas unruhig oder aufgeregt sein, findet aber meist schnell wieder zur Ruhe. Zuhause ist sie ausgeglichen, ruhig und schläft viel. Momo liebt das Apportieren und arbeitet besonders gerne mit dem Futterbeutel. Dabei zeigt sie mit viel Freude, was sie alles kann. Auch Wasser liebt sie sehr. Sie ist fit, begleitet gerne auf Wanderungen und fährt problemlos im Auto mit. Im Auto kann sie auch für eine gewisse Zeit alleine warten. Was Momo leider schwerfällt, ist das Alleinbleiben zuhause. Nach langem Training konnten wir im Frühjahr etwa zwei Stunden erreichen. Momentan schafft sie meist wieder nur ungefähr eine Stunde. Am wichtigsten ist für Momo die Gesellschaft von Menschen. Deshalb wünschen wir uns für sie ein Zuhause, in dem immer jemand daheim ist und sie viel Nähe und Alltag gemeinsam erleben kann.
