Morzsi—a clever senior Dachshund—is looking for HER people! At almost 12 years old, Morzsi is a truly mature Dachshund lady. She knows exactly what she wants out of life—and that includes lovely walks, plenty of sniffing and digging, a soft little bed, and of course, lots of cuddles! She’s a fit, cheerful, and affectionate little senior lady! Morzsi knows what it’s like to live in a home and is already house-trained. There’s nothing she longs for more than being with HER people. That’s why she doesn’t want to share her future home with other dogs or cats. Several weeks ago, Morzsi had tumors removed from her mammary chain. These tumors were clearly demarcated, and the vet’s findings showed no signs of metastasis. Her blood work is also excellent. A second surgery, during which the remaining tumors on the other side of her mammary chain will be removed, is scheduled for late August. Since Morzsi handled the first surgery without any issues, we’re very optimistic that everything will go smoothly this time too. By mid-September, Morzsi would then be ready to travel and fully prepared for a wonderful home with Dachshund lovers who have big hearts for a very lively, cuddly, and confident senior lady. We’re looking for a foster home for Morzsi—one without other dogs or cats—or even better yet, her forever home right away!

Morzsi – pfiffige Dackel-Seniorin sucht IHRE Menschen Morzsi ist mit ihren fast 12 Jahren eine richtig gestandene Dackel-Lady. Sie weiss was sie möchte im Leben und dazu gehören nette Spaziergänge, ausgiebiges Schnüffeln und Buddeln, ein weiches Bettchen und natürlich viele Streicheleinheiten! Eine fitte, fröhliche und verschmuste kleine Seniorin! Morzsi kennt das Leben in einem Zuhause und ist stubenrein. Sie wünscht sich nichts sehnlicher, als bei IHREN Menschen zu sein. Deshalb möchte sie ihr zukünftiges Zuhause auch nicht mit anderen Hunden oder Katzen teilen. Bei Morzsi wurden vor einigen Wochen Tumore an der Milchleiste entfernt. Diese waren klar abgegrenzt und der tierärztliche Befund gab keine Hinweise auf Metastasen. Auch das Blutbild ist gut. Eine zweite Operation, bei der noch die restlichen Tumore an der anderen Milchleiste entfernt werden, erfolgt Ende August. Da Morzsi die erste OP problemlos weggesteckt hat sind wir sehr optimistisch, dass wieder alles gut gehen wird. Dann wäre Morzsi ca. Mitte September reisefertig und so richtig bereit für ein tolles Zuhause bei Dackel-Liebhabern mit einem grossen Herz für eine sehr muntere, verschmuste und selbstbewusste Seniorin. Wir suchen für Morzsi eine Pflegestelle ohne andere Hunde und Katzen oder natürlich noch besser gleich IHR Fürimmer-Zuhause!
