Muffin, Candy and Basilina

Mixed Breed Β· Male Β· Young Β· 1 year

Today, all three are incredibly close. They love playing together, cuddling up for naps and snoozing side by side. You will often find them lounging in a sunny spot by the window, chasing toys or racing each other when dinner time arrives! Muffin – Dad Muffin is a handsome black cat who has made wonderful progress in foster care. Although still a little shy, he now comes over for cuddles and enjoys a good scratch. He is an adventurous soul who loves spending time with Candy and playing with his daughter, Basilina. Muffin is proof that patience and kindness can work wonders. He has already made so much progress and has plenty more love to give as his confidence continues to grow. Candy – Mum Candy is a beautiful mostly white girl who is still very shy and is not comfortable being touched just yet. However, she is happy to be around people and is learning that humans can be trusted. She is especially devoted to Basilina, playing with her, cuddling up to her and keeping a watchful eye on her little one. Candy has a gentle nature and finds comfort in the company of her little family. Basilina – The Baby Basilina is the cheeky little character of the family! Growing up alongside her mum and dad, she is full of kitten mischief. She loves hopping around like a little rabbit and is a mini version of her dad. When she is not busy playing and getting up to mischief, Basilina can be very affectionate. When she is feeling calm, she comes over for cuddles, loves her food and adores snoozing with her mum on a chair, by the window or tucked away under the sofa. She is a playful, adorable little kitten who brings a lovely spark of life to this close-knit family. Their Dream Forever Home Muffin, Candy and Basilina are looking for a forever home together, where they can continue to grow in confidence and enjoy life as the close-knit little family they are. Their journey so far has not been easy, but with time, patience and kindness, they have made wonderful progress. Each has their own unique personality, and it is lovely to see how much comfort and happiness they find in one another. Now, they are ready for the next chapter of their lives: a home of their own, filled with love, sunny spots for afternoon naps, playful moments and plenty of happy memories together. About Muffin, Candy and Basilina

What life with Muffin, Candy and Basilina looks like

Muffin, Candy and Basilina is a small young adult mixed breed cat waiting at Feline Friends London in United Kingdom.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction β€” every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§Adopting from United Kingdom

UK shelters work under the Pet Travel Scheme (post-Brexit, the EU pet passport is not valid; a UK Animal Health Certificate is required for travel into the EU). Most UK rescues focus on domestic placements but some work with EU partners.

Frequently asked

Adopting Muffin, Candy and Basilina, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Muffin, Candy and Basilina?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Feline Friends London handles screening and the adoption contract directly β€” TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Muffin, Candy and Basilina on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Muffin, Candy and Basilina if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad β€” Feline Friends London will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. UK adopters: post-Brexit travel into the EU requires an Animal Health Certificate. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is Muffin, Candy and Basilina already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported β€” ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Muffin, Candy and Basilina isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work β€” that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Feline Friends London early rather than rehoming privately; they know Muffin, Candy and Basilina and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect β€” names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
