Male, born circa 2023, breed: Cane Corso mix, shelter: 04.03.2026, little learned, friendly, breed experienced. Murmel is a very sad sight. He was given to us as a supposedly found dog. However, it turned out that this was not true. The person who brought him knew exactly where the dog lived and intentionally gave him to us by stating false facts. Unfortunately, this is a trend... His eyes were much worse upon arrival; he suffers from a breed-typical cherry eye on both sides. This is where the tear gland in the corner of the eye protrudes due to a connective tissue weakness. He has already undergone two operations with us and another is scheduled for the end of September. In new situations and with people, he is initially suspicious; he has not had much experience in his life so far. In general, he is affectionate with us, but of course, he should not be rushed. He clearly shows when he feels uncertain in a situation. When he trusts you, he is very playful and affectionate. With other dogs, he decides based on sympathy. We are looking for a home with a garden for Murmel ideally. His new owners should have some breed experience. We can also consider a home with older children with the right experience. Small animals should not live in the new household, as he already shows hunting tendencies.

Murmel wurde als angeblicher Fundhund bei uns abgegeben. Allerdings hat sich herausgestellt, dass das nicht die Wahrheit war. Die Überbringerin wusste sehr genau, wo der Hund sein Zuhause hat und hat ihn mit voller Absicht bei uns unter Angabe falscher Tatsachen abgegeben. Leider ein Trend……Seine Augen waren bei der Ankunft noch um ein Vielfaches schlimmer, er leidet Rassetypisch unter einem Cherry Eye beidseitig. Dabei tritt die Tränendrüse im Augenwinkel durch eine Bindegewebsschwäche heraus. Er wurde bei uns bereits zwei Mal operiert und Ende September erfolgt noch eine weitere OP.Bei neuen Situationen und Menschen ist er erstmal misstrauisch, er hat bisher in seinem Leben leider nicht viel kennengelernt. Generell zeigt er sich bei uns lieb, aber natürlich sollte man ihn nicht bedrängen. Er zeigt schon deutlich, wenn er sich in einer Situation unsicher fühlt. Wenn er einem Vertraut ist er sehr verspielt und verschmust. Bei Artgenossen entscheidet bei ihm die Sympathie. Wir suchen für Murmel im Idealfall ein Zuhause mit Garten. Seine neuen Besitzer sollten eine gewisse Rasseerfahrung haben. Wir können uns bei entsprechender Erfahrung auch ein Zuhause mit älteren Kindern vorstellen. Kleintiere sollten nicht mit im neuen Haushalt leben, da er schon Jagdtendenzen zeigt.**Bitte bedenken Sie, dass die Aufnahme eines Hundes Zeit, Geduld, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und auch finanzielle Mittel erfordert.
