Den Niedlichkeitsfaktor hat Murmel definitiv auf ihrer Seite. Mit ihren erst 8 Wochen liegt außerdem noch ihr ganzes Leben vor ihr – und in diesem Leben ist auch noch ein ganz besonderer Platz frei: der für ihren Lieblingsmenschen. Wer also Lust auf gemeinsame Abenteuer, viele erste Male und einen ganz bezaubernden, aufgeweckten Familienzuwachs hat, sollte Murmel unbedingt kennenlernen. Zusammen mit ihren acht Geschwistern wurde Murmel einfach im Wald ausgesetzt – viel zu jung, um allein zu überleben. Leider ist dies vor Ort kein Einzelfall und solche Schicksale enden nicht selten tragisch. Zum Glück wurden die Welpen noch rechtzeitig von einer Frau entdeckt, die uns um Hilfe bat. Aktuell ist die so süße Großfamilie in einer rumänischen Auffangstation sicher untergebracht. Murmels Fellzeichnung fällt vor allem durch ihre unterschiedlich gefärbten Pfoten auf und gibt ihr ein ganz individuelles Aussehen. Eine schöne Hündin wird sie ganz sicher! Ihre endgültige Größe können wir dafür nur schätzen – wir erwarten eine mittelgroße Schulterhöhe, ein paar wenige Zentimeter mehr sind natürlich möglich. Welche Rassen in ihr stecken, bleibt ein Mischlingsgeheimnis. Einen Anteil Schäferhund könnten wir uns allerdings vorstellen. Sollte sie entsprechende Eigenschaften geerbt haben, könnte sie sich zu einer intelligenten, aktiven und treuen Gefährtin entwickeln, die eine enge Bindung zu ihren Menschen aufbaut. Hütehunde sind aufmerksam, lernfreudig und möchten nicht nur körperlich, sondern auch geistig beschäftigt werden. Murmel wäre daher sicherlich begeistert von aufregenden Spaziergängen, tollen Entdeckungstouren, Suchspielen und später vielleicht auch Hundesport. Wer sich für Murmel entscheidet, darf sich auf eine spannende Zeit freuen. Als junges Hundekind liegt viel Neues vor ihr und das Hunde-ABC möchte erst noch gelernt werden. Dazu gehören neben den alltäglichen Dingen natürlich ebenso Grenzen und Regeln. Und auch wenn Murmel heute noch klein ist, wird sie ihre eigenen Ideen sicher nicht für sich behalten – gerade in der Pubertät darf man also gespannt sein, was ihr so alles einfällt. Gerade dann werden eine liebevolle Begleitung und ein verlässlicher Rahmen besonders wichtig sein. Andere Hunde findet die verspielte Murmel interessant und begegnet ihnen freundlich und offen. Auch Katzen hat sie bereits kennengelernt und weiß, dass diese ebenfalls zu ihrem Umfeld gehören können. Nach einer positiven Vorkontrolle und der Übernahme einer Schutzgebühr reist sie gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt, entfloht und mit einem EU-Heimtierausweis. Altersbedingt ist sie noch nicht kastriert.
