Adopt NALA 8216

German Shepherd · Female · Young · 2 years

👑 Nala – the queen with a gentle heart, who has learned to love again 👑 Nala's gaze pierces deeply, but not to scare you – but to show you how much she has fought to be where she is today. She was saved from the public shelter Cornetu on August 29, 2024, a place where hope is rare, and survival is a daily battle. But Nala has faced all obstacles with a dignity that makes her seem taken from a royal story. 💔 Although she may seem imposing, her beauty is not just in her shiny coat or in her confident walk – but especially in the heart that has learned to open up, to trust, to forgive. With the help of the sponsors who have been by her side and through the care of the Dog Rehabilitation Centre team at the No Limit Pets Association, Nala has learned what it means to experience gentle closeness, walking on a leash, and the joy of a warm touch. 🐾 She is now fully ready for final adoption – for that magical moment when someone will look at her and know: She is the soul they are looking for. Nala gets along with people and other dogs, but she feels best next to someone who will offer her stability, love and patience. 💛 Or sponsor her from afar and help her never to know fear again. 🧡 Adopt, don't buy! A soul saved is a grateful heart for life.

About NALA 8216

What life with NALA 8216 looks like

NALA 8216 is a medium-sized young adult german shepherd dog waiting at No Limit Pets in Romania.

An young adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. Two reasonable walks a day plus play time is usually enough. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

🇷🇴Adopting from Romania

Romanian rescues handle the highest volume of cross-border adoptions in the EU. Animals are quarantined and fully vetted before transport. Reputable rescues maintain detailed health records and post-adoption follow-up.

Frequently asked

Adopting NALA 8216, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about NALA 8216?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. No Limit Pets handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw NALA 8216 on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt NALA 8216 if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — No Limit Pets will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is NALA 8216 already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if NALA 8216 isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with No Limit Pets early rather than rehoming privately; they know NALA 8216 and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (RO). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
