Nochine, better known as Noesje, is a four-year-old calico cat who knows exactly how to be calm and yet steal the show. She came to us because she was getting into more and more fights at home with her brother, who is one year younger. Her previous owners even brought in a vet and a behaviorist, but despite all their good intentions, it remained too tense for her at home. Here at the shelter, however, she shows a completely different side: she gets along great with multiple cats in the room. No drama, no hassle, just Noesje doing her thing, calm, friendly, and with a touch of playfulness. She is an indoor cat who is used to being alone for longer periods during the day. She doesn't make a fuss about it; she simply curls up in her favorite spot: the scratching post. There she sleeps as if she has a subscription to naps. She is also playful, especially when there are balls involved. They are hit around the room with extreme precision, as if she's considering a professional kitten hockey career. Furthermore, she is sweet, social, and pleasant: no fuss, no chaos, just a cat who knows exactly how to make a house cozy without renovating it. Nochine is looking for a home where she can show her calm, sweet character, where she can stay safely indoors, and where someone values her as she is: a charming calico lady with a weakness for balls and a scratching post that she likes to claim as her personal penthouse.

Nochine, beter bekend als Noesje, is een lapjespoes van vier jaar die precies weet hoe ze rustig aanwezig kan zijn n toch de show kan stelen. Ze is bij ons gekomen omdat ze thuis steeds vaker ruzie kreeg met haar n jaar jongere broer. Haar vorige baasjes hebben zelfs een dierenarts n een gedragskundige ingeschakeld, maar ondanks alle goede bedoelingen bleef het thuis te spannend voor haar. Hier in het asiel laat ze echter een totaal andere kant zien: ze gaat prima samen met meerdere katten op de kamer. Geen drama, geen gedoe, gewoon Noesje die haar ding doet, rustig, vriendelijk en met een vleugje speelsheid. Ze is een echte binnenkat die gewend is om wat langer alleen te zijn op een dag. Ze maakt daar geen punt van; ze rolt zich gewoon op in haar favoriete plekje: de krabpaal. Daar slaapt ze alsof ze een abonnement heeft op middagdutjes. Speels is ze ook, vooral als er balletjes in het spel zijn. Die worden met uiterste precisie door de kamer geslagen, alsof ze een professionele kitten‑hockeycarri re overweegt. Verder is ze lief, sociaal en prettig aanwezig: geen drukte, geen chaos, gewoon een poes die precies weet hoe ze een huis gezellig maakt zonder het te verbouwen. Nochine zoekt een thuis waar ze haar rustige, lieve karakter kan laten zien, waar ze veilig binnen kan blijven en waar iemand haar waardeert zoals ze is: een charmante lapjesdame met een zwak voor balletjes en een krabpaal die ze graag claimt als haar persoonlijke penthouse.
