Nolo spent most of his young life in an animal shelter. He is a cute red fox with sad, hazel eyes. The animal shelter overwhelms him and he really does not like being there. Most often he stands by the bars waiting for something to happen. In the conditions of the shelter, this is his only joy and relief - a walk. Outside the crate Nolo comes alive. He loves long, calm strolls and taking in all the scents of this world. In the forest, he is a wonderful observer of nature, he notices every moving creature, whether on the ground or high in the branches of trees. He also loves digging holes chasing voles. Sometimes he would like to play, run with a stick, or just lie in the grass without being chased. Walks are never as long as he would like. He forgets then about all his sorrows, stresses and can show how much grace and joy he has within him, despite the trauma he experienced after being returned to the animal shelter. Perhaps too often physical force was used against him; he cowers at the sight of a raised hand with a stick, reacts badly to attempts to limit his space and to being held. We dream of finally Nolo finding his place on earth by the side of a person who will soothe his frayed nerves, give him peace and a sense of security. Nolo needs stable conditions in a quiet area. He can communicate with other dogs and could live with canine siblings. We do not recommend him for a home with children. In the crate Nolo keeps it tidy, does not destroy anything. To get to know him better and build a relationship, I recommend more walks and a visit before adoption.

Nolo większość swojego młodego życia spędził w schronisku. To uroczy rudzielec o smutnych, orzechowych oczach. Schronisko go przytłacza i bardzo nie lubi tu być. Najczęściej stoi przy kratach czekając na to, co w. warunkach schroniskowych jest jedyną jego radością i wytchnieniem – na spacer. Poza boksem Nolo rozkwita. Uwielbia długo, spokojnie przechadzać się i wdychać wszystkie zapachy tego świata. W lesie jest wspaniałym obserwatorem przyrody, dojrzy każde poruszające się stworzenie, czy to na ziemi, czy wysoko w gałęziach drzew. Uwielbia też kopać dołki ścigając nornice. Czasem chciałby pobawić się, pobiegać z patykiem, albo nie poganiany poleżeć w trawie pogryzając jakieś znalezisko. Spacery, nigdy nie są tak długie, jakby chciał. Zapomina wtedy o wszystkich swoich smutkach, stresach i potrafi pokazać ile ma wdzięku i jakie pokłady radości w nim tkwią, mimo traumy jaką przeżył po zwrocie do schroniska. Być może zbyt często stosowano wobec niego przemoc; kuli się na widok podniesionej z patykiem ręki, źle reaguje na próby ograniczania jego przestrzeni i przytrzymywanie.. Marzymy o tym, żeby wreszcie Nolo znalazł swoje miejsce na ziemi u boku człowieka, który ukoi jego skołatane nerwy, podaruje mu spokój i poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Nolo potrzebuje stabilnych warunków w spokojnej okolicy. Potrafi komunikować się z innymi psami i mógłby zamieszkać z psim rodzeństwem. Nie rekomendujemy go do domu z dziećmi.
