20-09-26 Orbit is a very sweet girl who has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is feeling quite nervous and unsure at the moment and is understandably a little overwhelmed by all the changes around her. Despite this, she is an easy girl to handle and we hope that with time, patience and reassurance, she will begin to feel more confident. Orbit absolutely loves other dogs and especially enjoys snuggling up with them. She takes comfort from having her doggy friends close by and will need another kind and confident resident dog in her new home to be her friend and help her feel safe as she settles into family life. She is looking for a calm and quiet home with adopters who have experience of dogs and understand that she will need time to adjust. Her new family will need to be patient and allow Orbit to settle in at her own pace, gently encouraging her as she discovers all the new experiences that come with life in a home. We would consider homing her with kind and understanding teenagers aged 16+. As Orbit has never lived in a home before, there will be lots for her to learn. She will need to learn about house training and all the sights, sounds and routines of home life. She will also need to learn how to wear a harness and walk on a lead, so this will need to be introduced slowly and positively while she builds her confidence. Orbit is a lovely, gentle girl who is just looking for someone who will give her the time and understanding she needs. With a kind doggy friend by her side and a patient family willing to let her progress at her own pace, we hope she will soon blossom into a happy and confident member of her new family. Orbit has a travel document. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
