Pacsmag

Mixed Breed · Male · Puppy · 5 months

Pacsmag is a charming four-legged friend who has been named Pacsmag. Pacsmag was spotted wandering alone in the city of Tápiószentmárton on July 29, 2026, and was reported to the animal shelter by attentive passersby. The shelter staff immediately responded and the young dog was fortunately brought to the shelter unharmed. Unfortunately, as is often the case, he was neither chipped nor reported as missing, and we will never understand... So young and already unwanted and abandoned - not a beautiful start in life. It can only get better and we want to ensure that Pacsmag can soon solve his ticket to happiness and find great people who will walk his further life path with him. Pacsmag is a dear, friendly, curious, agile and nice dog boy, a whirlwind who can sometimes show shy in new situations, but childlike curiosity quickly prevails. Now he is soon ready to move into the wide world and spend many happy hours with his new people. Pacsmag still needs to learn everything from the dog's multiplication table, because he is still green behind his ears and his new people should have the joy of lovingly teaching him everything a dog child needs to know for his further life as a family dog. Equally, his new people should be aware that a young dog makes a lot of fun, but also a lot of work and you take over the responsibility for a whole dog's life. Pacsmag has no problems with his fellow dogs, is still a bit stormy, loves to play and romp with them and tests his limits in a way that is age-appropriate. For our very dear Pacsmag, we are looking for a dog-enthusiastic home, where he, of course, gets a lot of variety according to his age, can enjoy exciting walks, romp with dog buddies and run over meadows and fields, cuddle up comfortably in his own bed and recover from the exciting day, where he is offered play and fun, he is spoiled with many caresses, he gets enough rest phases and a clear leadership. Who gives this young fellow his time and love will get a loyal companion for life. Who shows Pacsmag the big, wide world? Pacsmag is still too young at the moment for a castration, which must be done by the new owners when he is old enough. The estimated final size of 43-53cm and the estimated final weight of 12-20kg. On September 1, 2026, Pacsmag is 35cm and 7.4kg. Pacsmag can travel from around the end of September 2026 if he has found a home or a foster home.

About Pacsmag

What life with Pacsmag looks like

Pacsmag is a puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Animal Happyend in Animal Happyend.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇨🇭Adopting from Switzerland

Swiss shelters require a home visit (Platzkontrolle) and proof of suitable accommodation. Cantons each have their own additional dog-keeping requirements (e.g. SKN training in some areas). Animals leave sterilized and chipped.

Frequently asked

Adopting Pacsmag, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Pacsmag?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Animal Happyend handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Pacsmag on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Pacsmag if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Animal Happyend will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Pacsmag already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Pacsmag isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Animal Happyend early rather than rehoming privately; they know Pacsmag and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
