Sehr wahrscheinlich wurde sie einfach ausgesetzt und ihrem Schicksal überlassen. Zudem hatte sie in der Nähe ihrer Rute eine ernstzunehmende Wunde. Diese wurde direkt versorgt und Papaya hat sich davon erholt. Die junge Hündin zeigt sich unglaublich sanft, menschenbezogen und ausgeglichen. Wenn sie die Möglichkeit hat, folgt sie einem auf Schritt und Tritt, um jedes bisschen Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen. Denn das ist im Shelter Mangelware. Auch wenn jeder vor Ort jeden Tag alles gibt, ein Zuhause kann das nicht ersetzen und Papaya wünscht sich so sehr ihre Menschen an ihrer Seite. Papaya ist ca. 2 Jahre alt und hat eine ungefähre Schulterhöhe von 60 cm. Sie ist eine beeindruckend schöne Hündin. Ihr dichtes Fell ist durchzogen von verschiedenen Beige- und Grautönen und ihr freundliches Gesicht verzaubert auf den ersten Blick. Ihr Körperbau ist harmonisch und ihre braunen Augen strahlen Sanftmut und Wärme aus. Vermutlich wird sie das Hunde ABC erst noch erlernen müssen und damit auch Dinge wie Stubenreinheit, Leinenführigkeit oder Autofahren. Wir wünschen uns Menschen, die Lust haben ihr die Welt zu zeigen und ihr ihre Regeln zu erklären. Mit Liebe, Geduld, aber auch Konsequenz, da sind wir uns sicher, wird sich Papaya zu einer unverzichtbaren Begleiterin entwickeln, die sich in ihr neues Leben wunderbar einfügen wird. Optisch erinnert Papaya an einen Herdenschutz-Mix. Daher wünschen wir uns Menschen, die bereits Erfahrung mitbringen oder bereit sind sich mit den Eigenschaften dieser Hunde auseinanderzusetzen. Sie gelten als loyal, aufmerksam und sind eng mit ihren Menschen verbunden. Sie folgen nicht blind, sondern hinterfragen auch mal die Entscheidungen ihrer Menschen. Papaya reist kastriert, gechippt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht mit ihrem EU-Heimtierausweis in ihr neues Zuhause.
