Hometown: Mexico This is Pato – a roughly 3.5-year-old, approximately 40-45 cm tall, around 20kg, playful mixed-breed male dog with a big heart. Pato is a dog who is enthusiastic with his infectious energy and loving nature. He is active and very playful, perfect for people who enjoy outdoor activities. Pato is a loyal companion who gets along well with other dogs. He loves to run, play, and find new doggy friends. Toward people, he is very loving, protective, curious, and grateful. Additionally, in the past few months, Pato has completed a basic course with a dog trainer, where he learned to walk without pulling on the leash. Pato was abandoned as a puppy in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and has since lived under very difficult conditions in the state animal shelter of Playa del Carmen. There, the dogs are confined individually in cages for 23 hours and 45 minutes. My sister and I have funded the dog class for him so that he can leave the animal shelter at least twice a week. Before he is adopted, we will also place him in a temporary home. Pato is ready to find his final home, where he can continue to learn and spread joy. Herkunftsland: Mexiko Das ist Pato – ein circa 3.5-jähriger, ca. 40-45 cm grosser, ca. 20kg schwerer, verspielter Mischlingsrüde mit einem grossen Herzen. Pato ist ein Hund, der mit seiner ansteckenden Energie und seinem liebevollen Wesen begeistert. Er ist aktiv und sehr verspielt, perfekt für Leute, die Outdoor-Aktivitäten mögen. Pato ist ein treuer Begleiter, der sich sehr gut mit anderen Hunden versteht. Er liebt es zu rennen, zu spielen und neue Hundefreunde zu finden. Menschen gegenüber ist er sehr liebevoll, beschützend, neugierig und dankbar. Zudem hat Pato in den letzten Monaten bei einem Hundetrainer einen Grundkurs absolviert, wo er unter anderem gelernt hat, ohne zu ziehen an der Leine zu laufen. Pato wurde als Welpen in Playa del Carmen, Mexiko ausgesetzt und lebt seither unter sehr schwierigen Bedingungen im staatlichen Tierheim von Playa del Carmen. Dort sind die Hunde 23 Stunden 45 Minuten einzeln in Käfigen eingesperrt. Ich und meine Schwester haben ihm den Hundekurs finanziert, damit er zumindest zweimal pro Woche das Tierheim verlassen kann. Bevor er adoptiert wird, werden wir ihn zudem in einem temporären Zuhause unterbringen. Pato ist bereit, sein endgültiges Zuhause zu finden, wo er weiter lernen und Freude verbreiten kann.
