PHENIX, the tabby cat, is adopted! Posted on March 22, 2026 by Brigit. Phenix, born on 08/01/2024, is a slender and elegant cat, affectionate, sociable and playful. He is looking for a kind family to adopt him after being abandoned in the wild. Tested Negative / Vaccinated Typhus Coryza / Neutered / Microchipped ADOPTION IN PROGRESS for this lovely tabby cat who was abandoned His rescue and personality: It was during a night in April that Phenix was noticed because of his sad meows; he had taken refuge under a car. A fosterer alerted by a neighbor rescued him: he was lying on a dirty blanket. As soon as he was safe, Phenix reveals a gentle and dynamic personality: from his rescue, placed in a cage, he would put his paw (without claws!) through the bars in search of contact. Then, he purrs softly. Phenix is a beautiful tabby cat, flexible, slender and tall-legged. All the beauty and grace of the feline are in his movements. Now in a foster home with one of our volunteers, this friendly and curious cat immediately showed that he loves to play, alone or with people; he likes petting; and has never shown aggressive behavior, never using his claws (except on the scratching post!). He accepts care and allows himself to be handled. Like his friends, Phenix is also waiting for his family for life. In a house with access to a garden. Il cherche une gentille famille pour l'adopter après un abandon sauvage. Testé Négatif / Vaccinné Typhus Coryza / Stérilisé / Identifié ADOPTION EN COURS pour ce gentil matou tigré abandonné Son sauvetage et son caractère : C’est par une nuit d’avril que Phénix a été repéré à cause de ses miaulements plaintifs ; il s’était réfugié sous une voiture. Une nourrisseuse alertée par un voisin l’a récupéré : il était couché sur une couverture sale. Aussitôt mis en sécurité, Phénix laisse apparaître une personnalité douce et dynamique : dès son sauvetage, mis en cage, il passait sa patte (sans les griffes !) à travers les barreaux à la recherche du contact. Puis, ronronne doucement. Phénix est un beau chat tigré, souple, élancé et haut sur pattes. Toute la beauté et la grâce du félin est dans ses mouvements. Maintenant en Famille d’Accueil auprès d’une de nos bénévoles ce gentil chat curieux a tout de suite montré qu’il adore jouer, seul ou en compagnie humaine ; qu’il aime les caresses ; et n’a jamais eu de geste agressif, ne sort jamais les griffes (sauf sur le griffoir !). Il accepte les soins et se laisse manipuler. Comme ses copains, Phénix attend aussi sa famille pour la vie. En maison avec accès à un jardin.
