Pili and Mili are two little sisters who arrived at the shelter very scared. Luckily, Pili has found a home where she has been understood and her needs respected; but Mili has not been as lucky... Although she has been at the shelter for over a year, she has not improved much... She still avoids any human contact. She only approaches to greet when she knows you very well. But if you are a stranger, she doesn't dare to leave the kennel... The presence of other dogs is very helpful for her; she feels much safer and gets a bit more confident with them... Still, as soon as a person approaches, she runs away. That's why we are looking for a special adoption: a family with another dog, who can help her move forward and learn that the fear she has doesn't have to be felt anymore; and who has experience with fearful dogs or is willing to work with a lot of patience. MILI Pili y Mili son hermanitas que llegaron a la perrera con muchísimo miedo. Pili, por suerte, ha encontrado un hogar en el que han sabido entenderla y respetar todos sus tiempos y necesidades. Durante su tiempo en el CPA, Mili no consiguió avanzar demasiado. Si no conocía a la persona, muchas veces ni siquiera se atrevía a salir del chenil. La presencia de otros perros le ayudaba a sentirse más segura y a animarse un poco, pero en cuanto una persona se acercaba, volvía a huir. Ahora, por suerte, Mili está en una casa de acogida y está empezando a dar pequeños pasitos. Sigue teniendo mucho miedo, pero con Xabi empieza a confiar muy poquito a poco. Además, la presencia de su hermano perruno Tyson le está ayudando mucho a sentirse más segura. Todavía queda mucho trabajo por delante, pero estamos seguras de que, respetando sus tiempos y con mucha paciencia, Mili irá avanzando cada vez más. Por eso seguimos buscando para ella una adopción especial: una familia con experiencia con perros miedosos, o dispuesta a trabajar con mucha paciencia y, preferiblemente, con otro perro que pueda ayudarla en este proceso.
