Pixel is a young, lively and attentive male dog who explores his surroundings with curiosity while always keeping an eye on everything. He shows himself to be very people-oriented and enjoys every form of closeness and affection. He especially loves petting and also allows grooming procedures calmly and relaxed. The handsome Breton mix originally comes from Greece, where he was found with a rope around his neck - probably abandoned. Despite this past, he has retained great trust in humans and encounters them openly and lovingly. During walks, Pixel is attentive and rather cautious, but remains calm and orients himself well to his person of reference. He also masters encounters with other dogs confidently. Loud noises can still unsettle him a bit, but with the right support he quickly regains security. Typical for a Breton, Pixel brings intelligence, sensitivity and a fine nose. He is active, but not hectic - he acts thoughtfully and not headlong. Especially food motivates him very much (including a small joyful jump when wet food 🥰), otherwise he shows himself calm and balanced. Playing in the garden is secondary to him - what's more important to him is being close to "his" person. Then he likes to just lie next to you and look at you attentively and full of trust. Currently, Pixel does not show a pronounced hunting instinct, but it should be borne in mind that this can still come to the fore with a Breton mix. He finds cats fascinating, but does not hunt them currently - a coexistence has not been tested so far. Leaving alone is difficult for Pixel at the moment and should be built up gently and in small steps. He is a dog who feels most comfortable when his person of reference is nearby. Whoever adopts Pixel gets a special dog: a loyal, sensitive and clever companion who wants to go through life with you - full of trust, love and joie de vivre. — Vermittlungshilfe– Pixel ist ein junger, lebensfroher und aufmerksamer Rüde, der seine Umgebung neugierig erkundet und dabei stets alles genau im Blick hat. Er zeigt sich sehr menschenbezogen und genießt jede Form von Nähe und Zuwendung. Streicheleinheiten liebt er besonders und auch pflegerische Handgriffe lässt er ruhig und entspannt zu. Der hübsche Bretonen-Mix stammt ursprünglich aus Griechenland, wo er mit einem Seil um den Hals gefunden wurde – vermutlich ausgesetzt. Trotz dieser Vergangenheit hat er sich ein großes Vertrauen in Menschen bewahrt und begegnet ihnen offen und liebevoll. Beim Spaziergang ist Pixel aufmerksam und eher vorsichtig, bleibt dabei aber gelassen und orientiert sich gut an seiner Bezugsperson. Auch Begegnungen mit anderen Hunden meistert er souverän. Laute Geräusche können ihn noch etwas verunsichern, doch mit der richtigen Unterstützung gewinnt er schnell wieder Sicherheit. Typisch für einen Bretonen bringt Pixel Intelligenz, Sensibilität und eine feine Nase mit. Er ist aktiv, aber nicht hektisch – er handelt überlegt und nicht kopflos. Besonders Futter motiviert ihn sehr (ein kleines Freudenhüpfen bei Nassfutter inklusive 🥰), ansonsten zeigt er sich ruhig und ausgeglichen. Spielen im Garten ist für ihn zweitrangig – viel wichtiger ist ihm die Nähe zu „seinem“ Menschen. Dann liegt er gerne einfach neben dir und schaut dich aufmerksam und voller Vertrauen an. Aktuell zeigt Pixel keinen ausgeprägten Jagdtrieb, dennoch sollte man im Hinterkopf behalten, dass dieser bei einem Bretonen-Mix durchaus noch stärker zum Vorschein kommen kann. Katzen findet er spannend, jagt sie aber derzeit nicht – ein Zusammenleben wurde bisher jedoch nicht getestet. Das Alleinbleiben fällt Pixel momentan noch schwer und sollte behutsam und in kleinen Schritten aufgebaut werden. Er ist ein Hund, der sich am wohlsten fühlt, wenn seine Bezugsperson in seiner Nähe ist.
