Hoi, ik ben Poppy! Mijn vermoedelijke geboortedatum is 24 maart 2022. Vermoedelijk omdat ik gevonden ben door de vrijwilligers van de dierenambulance. Tijdens de controle door de dierenarts bleek ik drachtig te zijn. Ik ben toen naar mijn pleeggezin gegaan om in alle rust te kunnen groeien en te wennen aan mensen en huiselijke geluiden. Ik had wel tijd nodig om te wennen aan mensen. Ik zoek namelijk, als er vreemde mensen binnen komen, een rustig plekje op en bekijk ze dan van een afstandje. Het vertrouwen in mijn pleegvrouwtje is er inmiddels helemaal maar vreemde mensen vind ik nog spannend. Het pleegvrouwtje kan mij goed aaien en dat vind ik heerlijk. Hierdoor ben ik eerder geneigd om naar je toe te komen want die aaitjes wil ik niet missen. Mijn pleegvrouwtje denkt daardoor dat het wel goed komt met mij op een nieuwe plek. Zij krijgt ook al regelmatig kopjes van mij. Zie hiervoor bijgaand filmpje: Mijn kittens hebben het nest verlaten. Ik heb ontzettend goed voor ze gezorgd. Ook kittens die geflest moesten worden liet ik bij mij drinken. Een topmoedertje vinden ze mij hier. Nu ik niet meer voor kittens hoef te zorgen is het mijn beurt om naar een gouden mandje te gaan. Ik zoek iemand die met rust, geduld en veel lekker eten mijn hartje veroverd. Dan zul je een vriendin voor het leven hebben aan mij. Ik word niet bij kleine kinderen geplaatst want ik kan, als je mijn lichaamstaal niet goed leest, gaan slaan. En mij oppakken vind ik nog wel een beetje spannend. De honden in mijn pleeggezin vind ik niet zo fijn. Met andere katten kan ik wel goed opschieten. Ik stel mij niet dominant op. Prima als je dus een maatje voor me hebt. Ik vind het leuk om met speeltjes te spelen en een krabpaal is een must voor mijn dutje of om me lekker aan uit te rekken en te krabben. Zo ook de nodige verstopplekjes voor als ik net bij jullie ben. Ik ben volledig ingeënt, gechipt en gesteriliseerd. Volgend jaar april hoef ik pas naar de dierenarts voor mijn inentingen. Als jij diegene bent die mijn hartje wil veroveren dan nodig ik je van harte uit om te reageren door onderstaand contactformulier in te vullen en wie weet kun je kennis komen maken met mij.
