adoption requirements adoption process Now request this animal! adoption requirements adoption process Also Pringles has found its people! Its story: Bistrita, Romania. Pringles is looking for a family for some cozy movie nights. Pringles is about two months old and was found on the street with its five siblings. Now the little one, just like her siblings, is looking for a home. Pringles is a charming Labradormix lady who at the beginning still looks a bit shy out of the dog bed. But that is due to the difficult circumstances Pringles has already experienced at such a young age. Once the little puppy has gained trust, she warms up and enchants everyone around her. Pringles wishes nothing more than a home where she can finally arrive and feel safe. Too much has already happened to her at two months old. That is why we are happy if you would show Pringles how to spend a cozy movie night together. Since Pringles is still a puppy, the little mouse is looking for a family not only to sit together on the couch and enjoy the end of the day, but she would also be happy if you patiently showed her the puppy ABC. It can happen that the occasional mishap occurs, but in such cases, the little mouse wishes for a family that does not take it out of her and is always accompanied by a positively reinforcing upbringing style. She dreams already of her new life, with many long walks with her new favorite people, countless cozy cuddle hours, and a visit to a positively working puppy school to learn a lot of new things together with like-minded others. She travels microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated with an EU pet passport to her new home. Pringles is ready for big cuddle hours with you – are you also? Many thanks Silvie S.! You have given Pringles its name.

Vielen Dank Silvie S.! Du hast Pringles ihren Namen geschenkt.

About Pringles

What life with Pringles looks like

Pringles is a large puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. in München.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Animals leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with a valid EU pet passport. Adoption fees usually fall between €250 and €450, covering veterinary preparation.

Frequently asked

Adopting Pringles, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Pringles?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Pringles on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Pringles if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Pringles already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Pringles isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Pringles and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
