I am Querbo, a 2-year-old Labrador. How would you describe me in a few words? I am loving, energetic, and very happy! I came to DOA because my previous owner could no longer take care of me. That was a difficult adjustment and not very fun. But I am a cheerful boy and I don't dwell on things that aren't fun. When I arrived here, I saw all the people around me and immediately thought: hey, it's nice! Who's going to play with me? I am a dog who likes to be busy and enjoy life to the fullest. I love walking! Exploring, sniffing, and of course, lots of exercise. And if we're having fun... can we throw a ball? Because playing with a ball? AWESOME! Throw it! Can we do it again? Of course! Twenty times? I'd love it! I can't get enough of it. A flostow can also make me very happy. I love playing together and I enjoy doing things with my human. I would love to spend the whole day together. And you know what's even more fun? Working with you! I love attention and I am very motivated when there is something tasty in it. I am very fond of food. Really, very fond. So if you have something tasty, I'm probably very curious about what we can learn together. I am an energetic boy and my enthusiasm can sometimes be a bit big. That's why I'm looking for someone who likes to train with me, gives me clear guidance, and helps me to get my energy out in a nice way. With walking, playing, sniffing, and training together, you can make me very happy. I need someone who sees my cheerful character and thinks: "That Querbo, I'm happy with him!" Because that's exactly what I want to be: your cheerful companion. Together on the road, playing together, learning together, and then enjoying life.

Hoi allemaal! Ik ben Querbo, een Labrador van 2 jaar oud. En als ik mezelf in een paar woorden moet omschrijven? Lief, druk en vooral heeeeel blij! Ik kwam bij DOA terecht omdat mijn vorige eigenaar helaas niet meer goed voor mij kon zorgen. Dat was natuurlijk even wennen en helemaal niet zo leuk. Maar gelukkig ben ik een echte vrolijke jongen en blijf ik niet lang hangen in dingen die niet leuk zijn. Toen ik hier aankwam, zag ik al die mensen om me heen en dacht ik eigenlijk meteen: hé, gezellig! Wie gaat er met mij spelen? Ik ben een hond die graag bezig is en volop van het leven geniet. Wandelen vind ik bijvoorbeeld superleuk! Samen op pad, lekker snuffelen, ontdekken en natuurlijk lekker veel bewegen. En als we dan toch bezig zijn… kunnen we daarna ook meteen een balletje gooien? Want spelen met een bal? GE-WEL-DIG! Gooi maar! Ik haal hem wel. Nog een keer? Natuurlijk! Nog twintig keer? Graag zelfs! Ik krijg er geen genoeg van. Ook met een flostouw kun je mij heel blij maken. Samen spelen vind ik ontzettend gezellig en ik vind het leuk om dingen samen met mijn mens te doen. Eigenlijk zou ik het liefst de hele dag samen bezig zijn. En weet je wat nog leuker is? Met jou werken! Ik vind het fijn om aandacht te krijgen en ben heel gemotiveerd als er iets lekkers tegenover staat. Ik ben namelijk dol op eten. Echt, heel dol. Dus als jij iets lekkers hebt, ben ik waarschijnlijk héél benieuwd wat we samen kunnen leren. Ik ben wel een energieke jongen en mijn enthousiasme kan soms een beetje groot zijn. Daarom zoek ik iemand die het leuk vindt om met mij te trainen, mij duidelijke begeleiding geeft en mij helpt om mijn energie op een fijne manier kwijt te kunnen. Met wandelen, spelen, snuffelen en samen trainen kun je mij volgens mij ontzettend gelukkig maken. Ik heb vooral iemand nodig die mijn vrolijke karakter ziet en denkt: “Die Querbo, daar word ik nou blij van!” Want dat is eigenlijk precies wat ik wil zijn: jouw vrolijke maatje. Samen op pad, samen spelen, samen leren en daarna lekker genieten van het leven.
