Deze jongen met de onzekere blik zit al meer dan zijn halve leven in het asiel. Dat klinkt misschien dramatischer dan het is: hij is nog maar 5 maandjes oud 😉 Maar toch, we willen er zo snel mogelijk verandering in brengen en daarom zetten we hem even in het zonnetje. Reddy is van straat gehaald met zijn moeder. Ze hadden geen van beiden veel zin om bij ons te komen, eerlijk gezegd. Reddy en zijn moeder waren beiden erg bang voor mensen. Inmiddels woont hij in een ruimte met veel andere kittens en dat vindt hij geweldig. Ook op het gebied van contact met mensen zien we de eerste tekenen van verbetering. Hij verstopt zich het liefst achter de brede rug van 1 van de andere katten. Totdat we iets lekkers tevoorschijn halen. Als we weg zijn (of hij denkt dat we weg zijn) komt hij tevoorschijn en zoekt dan direct contact met zijn soortgenootjes. Daarom zoeken we ook voor hem een plek waar hij niet de enige kat in huis is. Voor hem zoeken we een rustig thuis, met mensen die met hem gaan oefenen. Bovendien zou het leuk voor hem zijn als hij een vriendje had dat een goede invloed op hem heeft, en die laat zien dat hij mensen leuk vindt. Als het klikt tussen hem en zijn nieuwe vriend, zal hij spelenderwijs wennen aan het leven in huis en is het vast mogelijk om een huiskat van hem te maken. Hij is nog jong en kan nog veel leren.
