Remu, Remurotta, Mr. Orange, about 6 years old, affectionate, funny, orange, a very fine collie from Kerava. Remu has been enchanting since autumn 2025 in his first home. Remu's medical history is not the easiest. Remu was infected together with over a hundred cats from an outdoor population with fleas (more about Remu's background here: ). The indoor cat life began with isolation and antibiotic treatment for a respiratory infection, which was followed by several larger dental surgeries due to the melting of the teeth, and then even the fur started to fall out in clumps due to an unidentified ringworm infection. Against all worst fears, Remu's breathing no longer wheezes and the cat no longer pulls out its fur, but instead of health care, Remu has been able to focus on indoor cat life. From the start, Remu's appetite has been excellent, and the sand box activities have proceeded normally. Other cats disliked Remu for a long time, but now, especially because of the toothache and other ailments, the orange collie under a year old in the first home is really Remu's best hippo friend. The owner cat Lukas is great company and even among the five daughter cats of the household there was found the cuddle buddy, Anna. In a new home, it would be good to have a playful and nice friend for Remu, preferably a lively collie. Remu loves to run races and fill up the cardboard box with toys as a dragon on top of its treasures. Remu still slightly trembles at people, but is surprisingly easy to handle as a colony cat. Sometimes Remu even falls asleep during daytime naps, curling up with the household servant's toes as a companion. In the future, Remu's dental health will need to be monitored. Remu is being surrendered neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and de-shedded. He is FIV/FeLV negative and he is not being surrendered to roam outside - just like none of our other cats, of course.

Remu, Remurotta, Mr. Orange, on noin 6-vuotias, rakastettava, hassu, oranssi, eri hieno kollipoika Keravalta. Ensikodissa Remu on ihastuttanut syksystä 2025 alkaen. Remun terveyshistoria ei ole helpoin. Remu on loukutettu yhdessä yli sadan kissan kanssa ulkopopulaatiosta haavilla (lisää Remun taustoista täältä: ). Kotikissaura alkoi saunaeristyksellä ja antibioottikuurilla rohisevaan hengitykseen, sitä seurasi useammat isommat hammasoperaatiot mm. ikenien syöpymien takia ja sitten vielä karva alkoi lähtemään tuppoina tunnistamattomaksi jääneen loistartunnan vuoksi. Vastoin pahimpia pelkoja ei Remun hengitys enää rohise eikä kissa raavi enää turkkiaan irti, vaan terveyshuolien sijaan Remu on voinut keskittyä kotikissailuun. Alusta alkaen Remun ruokahalu on ollut aivan erinomainen, ja hiekkishommat sujuneet normaalisti. Muut kissat vierastivat Remua pitkään, mutta nyt hammaskipujen ynnä muun kaikottua varsinkin ensikodin alle vuoden ikäinen oranssi kollipentu on ihan Remun paras hippakaveri, omistuskissa Lukas on kanssa ihana ja jopa talouden viidestä tyttökissasta löytyi se halikaveri, Anna. Uudessa kodissa olisi hyvä olla leikkisä ja kiva kaveri Remulle, näillä näytöillä mieluiten reipas kolli. Remu tykkää juosta rallia ja makoilla lelujen täyttämässä pahvilaatikossa kuin lohikäärme aarteensa päällä. Remu hieman vielä ujostaa ihmistä, mutta on populaatiokissaksi yllättävän helppo käsitellä. Joskus Remu jopa eksyy päiväunilla talouden palvelijan varpaisiin kaveriksi pötköttelemään. Tulevaisuudessa Remun hammasterveyden seuranta tulee huomioida.
