This gorgeous friendly boy is Riot who came to us after spending 7 days in the pound. Hard to believe that anyone could abandon such a lovely dog. He’s not your typical Belgian Malinois at all, he’s a gentle sweetheart that loves to give kisses. Riot is 5 years old, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Riot did briefly go to a home with another female German shepherd after being socialised together for a week but unfortunately when they got home, the female GSD attacked him over a toy and bit his face. This was not poor Riot's fault and the poor boy ended up back in kennels. The kennels say Riot is a lovely boy and they’ve had no problems with him, he is fine with other dogs. He comes back when he is called in the paddock but he does pull on the lead but this maybe because he is excited about getting out of his kennel to go to the paddock for a run. After his recent ordeal we think Riot would be better as an only dog, he could live with older children.
