Runa – die bezaubernde Kriegerin & Bai – die sanfte Prinzessin

Mixed Breed · Female

Runa – the captivating warrior & Bai – the gentle princess Two souls who walk through life together – that are Runa and Bai. These magical Weimaraner ladies were born in 2014 and have shared everything since: their adventures, their quiet times, and now their search for a new home. Runa, the captivating warrior, carries strength in her heart – she is vigilant, loyal, and a silent protector. Bai, our gentle princess, enchants with her graceful nature – sensitive, calm, and full of love. Both female dogs had to leave their homes for family reasons and currently live in the animal shelter, where they suffer greatly from the unfamiliar situation. Their bond to each other is inseparable – they give each other support, comfort, and courage. That is why it is a heartfelt concern for us to find them a shared home. They are quiet, gentle in nature, and show no aggression towards people or other animals. What we are looking for: A quiet, loving home where Runa and Bai can arrive, breathe, and simply be dogs. People with hearts, time, and a safe place where these two souls can flourish. If you are ready to give two special beings a new chapter full of security – then contact us. Runa and Bai are waiting for their second chance – together, forever. The two are vaccinated, microchipped, and if you have interest in our dogs and would like to meet them informally, apply with the button below and we will get in touch with you soon. We thank you for your understanding if the processing of your request takes a little longer. We strive to give a response as soon as possible. However, it may happen that many inquiries come in at once or that our resources are temporarily urgently needed elsewhere.

How do I contact the shelter about Runa – die bezaubernde Kriegerin & Bai – die sanfte Prinzessin?

Can I adopt Runa – die bezaubernde Kriegerin & Bai – die sanfte Prinzessin if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Tierschutzbund Basel Regional will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. What happens if Runa – die bezaubernde Kriegerin & Bai – die sanfte Prinzessin isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tierschutzbund Basel Regional early rather than rehoming privately; they know Runa – die bezaubernde Kriegerin & Bai – die sanfte Prinzessin and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
