Zeus was found as a puppy in Italy, together with his siblings, under a bridge in a cardboard box. After that, he lived with a family near Basel. When the former owner and her partner separated, the woman, her children, and the sweet Zeus had to move and change their living situation. Due to the new living situation and work conditions, it quickly became clear that Zeus’s needs could no longer be met as they had been before. Since Zeus couldn’t manage alone in the new apartment and couldn’t be left alone, neighbors began to complain, and Zeus had to be given up with a heavy heart. Given his entire history, Zeus was initially a bit “off,” a bit stressed, and needed some time to build trust. Zeus is friendly and open with people and other animals. According to his former owner, he also knows and likes horses. We are looking for an active home for Zeus where he can be taken care of and where he can be engaged in many activities. A nice and rather quiet single dog can also live there. Zeus is vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. Zeus wurde als Welpe in Italien zusammen mit seinen Geschwistern unter einer Brücke in einer Kartonschachtel gefunden und hat danach bei einer Familie in der Nähe von Basel gelebt. Nach der Trennung der ehemaligen Halterin und ihrem Partner sind die Frau, die Kinder und der süsse Zeus um- und weggezogen. Aufgrund der neuen Lebenssituation und der neuen Arbeitsbedingungen stellte sich schnell heraus, dass auf die Bedürfnisse von Zeus nicht mehr so eingegangen werden konnte wie bisher. Weil Zeus in der neuen Wohnung alleine überhaupt nicht klargekommen ist und alleine bleiben konnte, haben sich die Nachbarn angefangen sich zu beschweren und Zeus musste schweren Herzens abgegeben werden. Durch seine ganze Vorgeschichte war Zeus anfangs noch ein bisschen „durch den Wind“, leicht gestresst und brauchte etwas Zeit um Vertrauen zu fassen. Menschen und Artgenossen gegenüber ist Zeus freundlich und offen. Und gemäss seiner ehemaligen Halterin kennt und mag er auch Pferde. Wir suchen für Zeus ein Zuhause bei aktiven Menschen die viel mit ihm unternehmen können. Weil Zeus gerne im Freien ist und sich austobt wäre ein Haus mit Garten ideal. Ein netter und eher ruhiger Ersthund darf gerne auch schon dort wohnen. Zeus wird geimpft, gechippt und kastriert mit Schutzvertrag und gegen eine Schutzgebühr von CHF 500.– vermittelt.
