A typical short-haired black and tan Rottweiler, microchipped and vaccinated. Currently not spayed, but will be spayed before adoption. Temperament: Initially, she was anxious in the shelter, both about her surroundings and people, growling at strangers. Now that she has gotten to know the volunteers, she is definitely more sociable, although we cannot rule out that she may still show some wariness towards new people. She quickly got used to wearing a harness; on a leash, she pulls a bit, especially if there are stimuli that interest her, but with some physical strength, she is manageable. Ideal Adoption: Suitable for people with experience with dogs, especially those familiar with the characteristics of this breed. Recommended for young people who enjoy long walks with her. She is a bit physical in her approach, so not recommended for families with young children, but fine with well-behaved teenagers around animals. Not excluded for adoption in the presence of a well-behaved male dog, a compatibility test will be required in the shelter in the presence of an operator. Generalità: Microchippata e vaccinata, Rottweiler dal tipico pelo corto nero focato. Al momento non è sterilizzata, verrà fatto prima dell’affido Carattere: I primi giorni in canile era preoccupata sia dall’ambiente che la circondava sia dalle persone, tendeva a borbottare agli sconosciuti. Ora che ha imparato a conoscere i volontari è sicuramente più socievole, anche se non escludiamo che possa manifestare ancora delle diffidenze nei confronti di chi vede per la prima volta. Si è presto abituata ad indossare la pettorina; a guinzaglio tira un pochino soprattutto se ci sono degli stimoli che la interessano, ma con un po’ di forza fisica è ben gestibile Adozione ideale: Bene persone che abbiano esperienza di cani, meglio se conoscano anche le caratteristiche di questa razza. Indicata per persone giovani che abbiano voglia di fare delle belle e lunghe passeggiate con lei. E’ un po’ fisica negli approcci quindi sconsigliata a chi ha bambini piccoli, ok invece con ragazzini ben educati nei confronti degli animali. Non si esclude l’affido in presenza di un altro cane maschio di buon carattere, verrà richiesta la prova di compatibilità caratteriale da effettuarsi in canile in presenza di un operatore. Bene contesti famigliari ed abitativi tranquilli.
