Sjoet is een 5-jarige, grote kruising met een bijzonder verhaal. Toen hij in het asiel kwam, vond hij alles ontzettend spannend. Hij had tijd nodig om te wennen en het vertrouwen in mensen terug te vinden. Met veel geduld, rust en liefde hebben we hem zien uitgroeien tot de vrolijke hond die hij vandaag is. Sjoet zoekt een baasje met ervaring en vooral veel geduld. Hij draagt een goed gevuld rugzakje met zich mee en heeft iemand nodig die hem de tijd geeft om zich veilig en vertrouwd te voelen. Daarom is hij niet geschikt voor beginnende hondenbezitters. Vanwege zijn enthousiaste en soms wat lompe karakter plaatsen we Sjoet niet in een gezin met jonge kinderen. Met andere honden kan hij wisselend omgaan, al verwachten we dat een rustige teef de grootste kans van slagen heeft. Samenleven met katten raden we af. Alleen thuis blijven kent Sjoet nog niet goed en zal stap voor stap moeten worden opgebouwd. Sjoet doet mee aan het programma van Dutch cell dogs.
