Unsere Skadi genießt ihre Welpenzeit gemeinsam mit ihren zehn Geschwistern und hat dabei alle Pfoten voll zu tun. Schließlich gibt es jeden Tag etwas Neues zu entdecken, zu beschnuppern oder auszuprobieren. Und während die kleine Maus noch fleißig die Welt um sich herum erkundet, machen wir uns schon auf die Suche nach den Menschen, die sie künftig dabei begleiten möchten. Ihre Mama Reia lebte zuvor gemeinsam mit ihrer Mutter Arbi und weiteren Hunden auf einem ländlichen Grundstück in Portugal. Da die Hunde nicht kastriert waren, kam es immer wieder zu Nachwuchs. Als der Besitzer zunehmend Schwierigkeiten hatte, alle Tiere zu versorgen, wandte er sich an unser Partnertierheim Adoromimos. Reia kam hochschwanger dort an und fand einen sicheren Ort, um ihre Welpen zur Welt zu bringen. Seitdem kümmert sie sich liebevoll um ihre große Familie und begleitet die Kleinen durch ihre ersten Lebenswochen. Für Skadi bedeutet das einen behüteten Start ins Leben, bei dem sie einfach ein fröhliches Hundekind sein darf. Im Dezember ist Skadi alt genug, um in ihr eigenes Zuhause zu ziehen. Dann soll aus dem kleinen Hundemädchen ein geliebtes Familienmitglied werden, das gemeinsam mit seinen Menschen die Welt entdecken darf. Wir wünschen uns für Skadi Menschen, die Freude an einem jungen Hund haben und bereit sind, ihr mit Geduld, liebevoller Konsequenz und einer guten Portion Humor alles beizubringen, was sie für ihr zukünftiges Leben braucht. Denn neben Kuschelstunden und gemeinsamen Abenteuern gehören natürlich auch kleine Missgeschicke und jede Menge Lernarbeit zum Großwerden dazu.
