How do I contact the shelter about Snow white?

Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. RSPCA Solent Branch CIO - The Stubbington Ark handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Snow white on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.

Can I adopt Snow white if I live in another country?

Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — RSPCA Solent Branch CIO - The Stubbington Ark will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. UK adopters: post-Brexit travel into the EU requires an Animal Health Certificate. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.

Is Snow white already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?

Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.

What happens if Snow white isn't the right fit?

Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with RSPCA Solent Branch CIO - The Stubbington Ark early rather than rehoming privately; they know Snow white and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.

Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?

TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.

Snow white

Mixed Breed Cat · Female · Young · 2 years

Personality:Snow White came into our care from The Cat Welfare Group after giving birth to 7 beautiful kittens. They’ve all found their forever homes and now it’s her turn. Snow White settled straight into the cattery environment, taking everything in her stride. She is quick to make friends and will make a lovely addition to the right family. Behaviour:Snow White is often found relaxing in her inside pod but as soon as you open her unit door she stretches her way over to greet you. When you sit in her run with her she is a very sweet and affectionate girl who is constantly purring, and will sometimes sit on your lap for a cuddle. Equally, when she has time out on the cattery floor she likes having a good explore, she is quite an inquisitive girl who likes to know what’s going on! Housing:Snow White will need a home with outside access to a garden. She cannot be homed in Whiteley, PO15 area. Children/pets:Snow White needs to be an only pet and can live with secondary school aged children. Vet history:Snow White is neutered, microchipped, flea and wormed. Her second vaccination is due between 08/10/2026 – 14/10/2027 at the shelter and the cost is included in the adoption fee. Snow White has a grade 2 luxating patella on her back left leg. This was an incidental finding and she is currently showing no signs of discomfort but will need to be monitored in the home. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption. Adoption fee:The adoption fee is £100. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated. About Snow white

What life with Snow white looks like

Snow white is a young adult mixed breed cat cat waiting at RSPCA Solent Branch CIO - The Stubbington Ark in United Kingdom.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction — every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

🇬🇧Adopting from United Kingdom

UK shelters work under the Pet Travel Scheme (post-Brexit, the EU pet passport is not valid; a UK Animal Health Certificate is required for travel into the EU). Most UK rescues focus on domestic placements but some work with EU partners.
