Sie ist eine liebenswerte Hündin, die nun die Chance auf einen Neustart verdient hat. Eine Besonderheit bringt Sophie allerdings mit: Sie hat deutlich zu viel auf den Rippen und muss dringend und vor allem kontrolliert abnehmen. Das ist wichtig, damit sie langfristig gesund bleibt, ihre Gelenke entlastet werden und sie wieder unbeschwerter durchs Leben gehen kann. Mit der richtigen Ernährung, angepassten Bewegung und Menschen, die sie liebevoll dabei unterstützen, kann sie Schritt für Schritt ihr Wohlfühlgewicht erreichen. Wie Sophie sich mit anderen Hunden versteht und ob sie sich ein Zuhause mit einem Artgenossen vorstellen kann oder lieber Einzelprinzessin wäre, muss noch genauer geprüft werden.
