Stephan, a black Scottish Fold cat with a small white patch on his chest, was found wandering the streets and brought to the shelter. He has no microchip or registration, and no one has claimed him. He is now available for adoption with a photo and video. He is friendly, affectionate, and playful, and enjoys cuddling and being around people and his friend Yannick. They want to be adopted together as indoor cats. Stephan and Yannick would appreciate more space in a home. They are fed digestive care dry and wet food, and can transition to regular food if the gradual change is successful. A radiograph was taken, and no abnormalities were found. Stephan's future owner is advised to repeat the examination periodically, and if stiffness is detected, it should be done. A quiet home without other animals is ideal for them. Stephan and Yannick may find small, energetic children too overwhelming. Their well-being and happiness are just as important as those of their future owners. Read Yannick's story on this site. Hai luitjes, hier ben ik dan en mijn naam is Stephan. De Kater is mijn achternaam. Mijn kostuum is volledig zwart met een heel klein beetje wit op mijn borst. Ik ben zwervend op straat aangetroffen en zo ben ik hier bij de opvang binnengekomen. Ik had géén chip, géén registratie en niemand was naar mij op zoek of heeft zich gemeld. En nu mag ik mijn wensen voor een forever home eindelijk op de site zetten met een knappe selfie en een filmpje. 21 juli 2018 is de dag die ze hebben geschat voor mijn geboortedatum, aan de hand van mijn tanden. Scottish Fold is mijn rassoort. Mijn karakter is lief, aanhankelijk en grappig. Knuffels geef en ontvang ik graag en ik ben graag in gezelschap van mens(en) en van m’n maatje kater Yannick. We zijn vrienden voor het leven, met hem wil ik dus gaan verhuizen en we worden enkel samen uitgeplaatst als binnenkatten. Wat meer ruimte(s) in huis doet ons veel plezier. Hier in onze opvangkamer hebben we een menu dat bestaat uit brokjes en natvoer, beide digestive care. In onze gouden mand is de geleidelijke overgang naar regulier voer een mogelijkheid als alles goed gaat. Er is een röntgenfoto van me gemaakt en daarin zagen ze geen afwijkingen. Mijn toekomstige baasje(s) krijgt het advies om dit onderzoek wel af en toe te herhalen en als er stramheid wordt geconstateerd dit zeker ook te doen. Een fijn rustig huisje zonder andere dieren is waar wij graag onze intrek nemen. Kleine enthousiaste kinderen zullen voor mijn maatje Yannick te druk en stressvol zijn. Zijn welzijn en geluk vind ik even belangrijk als die van mij en ons toekomstig personeel dient er ook zo in te staan. Lees ook zijn verhaal op deze site.
