Susi and Strolch came to us after their owner passed away, and no one from the family could take in the two. The two sisters (yes, Strolch is a girl 🙂), were born in July 2007, so they are proud senior cats at 18.5 years old. They are very sturdy for their age, and you only see their age when you look into their eyes. Susi and Strolch are actually outdoor cats, but in the past few months, they have been taking only small walks, so they would certainly not object to a little fresh air on a closed balcony. They are very affectionate and like to snuggle, and Susi also likes to chat in her gruff voice 🙂 The two were checked by the vet and are healthy. Strolch’s kidney values are not so great, so she gets a phosphate binder, which she takes without any problems. We have now provided them with litter boxes with lids, as they occasionally had accidents. The lid has now solved this problem 🙂 We are looking for a nice, slightly quieter home for Susi and Strolch where they can enjoy their senior years. They are familiar with children and dogs and are uncomplicated. Other cats are not so great, and they can do without their presence. Susi and Strolch are neutered and tattooed.

Susi und Strolch kamen zu uns, nachdem ihre Besitzerin gestorben war und niemand aus der Familie die Beiden aufnehmen konnte. Die beiden Schwestern (ja, Strolch ist ein Mädchen 🙂 ), sind im Juli 2007 geboren, sind also stolze 18,5 Jahre alt. Sie sind sehr rüstig für ihr Alter und man sieht ihr das Alter nur an, wenn man ihnen in die Augen schaut. Susi und Strolch sind eigentlich Freigängerinnen, aber sie drehten in der letzten Zeit immer nur noch kleine Runden, sodass sie sicherlich gegen ein wenig Luftschnappen auf einem zugenetzten Balkon nicht einzuwenden hätten. Sie sind sehr lieb und schmusen gerne, Susi erzählt auch gerne mit ihrer Knarzstimme 🙂 Die Beiden wurden beim Tierarzt durchgecheckt und sind gesund. Lediglich Strolchs Nierenwerte sind nicht so dolle; sie bekommt deshalb einen Phosphatbinder, den sie problemlos nimmt. Wir haben ihnen inzwischen Katzenklos mit Deckel hingestellt, da hin und wieder einmal was daneben ging. Durch den Deckel ist dieses Problem nun gelöst 🙂 Wir suchen für Susi und Strolch ein schönes, etwas ruhigeres Zuhause, in dem sie ihr Seniorinnen-Dasein genießen können. Sie kennen Kinder und Hunde und sind unkompliziert. Andere Katzen finden sie nicht so dolle und sie können auf deren Anwesenheit gut verzichten. Susi und Strolch sind kastriert und tätowiert.
