Tamme came into our care as a legal seizure following an alleged biting incident in which a person was also involved, and is now ready for a new beginning. Here, Tamme shows himself to be friendly and very people-oriented in daily life – particularly women have captured his heart. He needs a bit more time to gain trust when interacting with men, but he can also form close bonds with them. Tamme simply wants to please his trusted people and already has a good basic obedience. He loves working together with his loved ones and clearly enjoys learning new things. Active people who can physically and mentally challenge him are exactly what this handsome guy needs. Tamme generally gets along well with other dogs, but small dogs should not be present during off-leash time, as he shows a rather pronounced prey drive. Therefore, there should also be no cats or small animals in his future home. In some situations, Tamme is quite insecure, especially when dealing with men or unfamiliar stimuli. At these moments, Tamme needs people who can give him security and continue to work with him to become more oriented towards them. Hier zeigt sich Tamme im Alltag freundlich und sehr menschenbezogen – insbesondere Frauen haben es dem Großen angetan. Im Umgang mit Männern braucht er etwas mehr Zeit, um Vertrauen zu fassen, doch auch mit ihnen kann er enge Bindungen eingehen. Tamme möchte seinen Bezugspersonen einfach gefallen und bringt bereits einen guten Grundgehorsam mit. Er liebt es, mit seinen Liebsten zusammenzuarbeiten und hat sichtlich Freude daran, Neues zu lernen. Aktive Menschen, die ihn körperlich und geistig auslasten können, sind genau das Richtige für den hübschen Kerl.
