Her story: Tara is an approximately 2.5-year-old female dog whose story touches and inspires hope. Found weak and disoriented, wandering alone in the village, she was cared for regularly by a loving animal rescuer, who gradually won her trust. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that Tara desperately needed help: weakened and exhausted from the constant search for something edible and a safe place, she also suffered from an inflamed dewlap. Therefore, Tara was medically attended to and can now recover from the hardships of her stray life at her Romanian foster home. At first, Tara was still frightened and overwhelmed by the new situation. No wonder, given that she was regularly driven away on the streets. Surely, she had not experienced a kind word or a gentle hand in her previous life. But with patience, calmness, and care, she began to trust and blossom more each day. Now she can enjoy cuddles and is coming out of her shell more and more. When she is let into the garden in the morning, she frolics with joy over the property. She also behaves kindly and cautiously around cats and children. In total, she is a very loving, delicate, and content female dog who longs for closeness, security, and a warm, quiet spot with people who can show her that the world can be good. Despite her great progress, much will be unfamiliar to Tara in her new home. Therefore, we wish for people who can give her the time to learn the basics of dog behavior and forgive her the occasional mishap. After an adjustment period, a visit to a positively working dog training class would also be advisable to further strengthen the human-dog relationship and Tara's self-confidence. Ihre Geschichte: Tara ist eine etwa 2,5 Jahre alte Hündin, deren Geschichte berührt und gleichzeitig Hoffnung macht. Gefunden wurde sie schwach und orientierungslos, allein im Dorf umherirrend. Eine liebe Tierschützerin versorgte die zarte Hundedame regelmäßig mit Futter und gewann so langsam, aber sicher ihr Vertrauen .Bei genauerem Hinsehen zeigte sich, dass Tara dringend Hilfe brauchte: Geschwächt und erschöpft von der dauerhaften Suche nach etwas Essbarem und einem sicheren Platz, litt sie außerdem an einer entzündeten Gesäugeleiste. Daher wurde Tara medizinisch versorgt und darf sich nun auf ihrer rumänischen Pflegestelle von den Strapazen des Streuner-Daseins erholen. Anfangs zeigte Tara sich noch verängstigt und überfordert mit der neuen Situation. Kein Wunder, wenn man bedenkt, dass sie auf der Straße regelmäßig verjagt wurde. Sicherlich hat sie in ihrem bisherigen Leben noch kein liebevolles Wort und keine streichelnde Hand erfahren. Doch mit Geduld, Ruhe und Fürsorge begann sie von Tag zu Tag mehr zu vertrauen und aufzublühen. Mittlerweile kann sie Streicheleinheiten genießen und kommt immer mehr aus sich heraus. Wenn sie morgens in den Garten gelassen wird, tobt sie vor lauter Freude über das Grundstück. Auch Katzen und Kindern gegenüber verhält Tara sich durchweg freundlich und vorsichtig. Insgesamt ist sie eine sehr liebe, zarte und genügsame Hündin, die sich nach Nähe, Sicherheit und einem warmen, ruhigen Plätzchen bei Menschen sehnt, die ihr zeigen, dass die Welt auch gut sein kann. Trotz ihrer großen Fortschritte wird für Tara im neuen Zuhause vieles unbekannt sein. Daher wünschen wir uns für die vorsichtige Hundedame Menschen, die ihr die Zeit geben, das Hunde ABC lernen zu dürfen und ihr das ein oder andere Malheur verzeihen. Nach einer Eingewöhnungszeit wäre außerdem ein Besuch in einer positiv arbeitenden Hundeschule ratsam, um die Mensch-Hund Beziehung und Taras Selbstbewusstsein weiter zu stärken.
