Teddy is a 9 year old Maltichon who is looking for a new home as his owners are no longer able to care for him. Teddy has been doing great since he arrived to us – full of beans, very sociable and handles beautifully. He walks really well on lead and is a happy, well-balanced boy. Teddy is used to having someone around most of the time so we hope to find him a home where he can be with his owner(s) most of the day. He is very much a companion pet, he will want to sit on laps and follow you around! Teddy has always had a mild seasonal skin dryness. He does not need medication for it, nor does he show any signs of irritation or scratching. If he weren’t so close-shaven at the moment one wouldn’t even know, but there is one darker dry patch evident on his back. A bath with something herbal and soothing like Botanica wash every few weeks might be something for a future owner to consider. We would prefer to see Teddy living somewhere with a secure garden. He could live with children 8+.
