Update 05.09.2025 Tequila is celebrating his 7th birthday today. Unfortunately, the young boxer is still searching for his people. Tequila has developed so well in the training facility that he must now move to his new home, where his trainers will accompany the move to ensure everything fits. The new home can also be a permanent foster placement. Please contact us. The placement in a training facility is naturally costly on a monthly basis, which heavily burdens our club's funds. We are deeply grateful for the support Tequila already receives. Unfortunately, our monthly costs are much higher. Perhaps another boxer friend can imagine supporting Tequila with a sponsorship. Update 02.08.2025 …you know, I had a nice acquaintance, we got along well and met multiple times… but unfortunately, it wasn't enough for a shared life. So I'm still searching and hope that the next date will be my forever person. Your Tequila _______ 02.03.2025 We hardly remember the Tequila who arrived with us in January of the previous year. So remarkable is the mental and physical development of our imposing boxer. But, if a rescue boxer is considered a difficult case and remains in our care over this period, he will inevitably be labeled as "unadoptable," a rescue boxer that every boxer enthusiast scrolls past, effectively making him invisible. With the loss of his primary caregiver, Tequila's world collapsed, and ambivalent months followed, during which Tequila "qualified" as a difficult case. Tequila's overwhelmingly positive development no longer justifies this classification, as the young boxer receives no serious inquiries, although he does. Tequila is anything but unadoptable; the entire team from the Dog Training Center Heldenschmiede (Sachsen-Anhalt, PLZ 39624) is eagerly looking forward to the day they can pack Tequila's suitcase, as he has been ready for a long time. The intensive training was the right decision and a good foundation for Tequila's new better life. What kind of home are we looking for for Tequila? Our Tequila is a charming character who fits well with confident boxers. People who give Tequila time to build a bond, provide him with security and comfort, and continue to support his positive development with clear communication. Tequila takes rules well with straightforward guidance and is willing to do anything for a liverwurst snack. Tequila knows basic commands, travels in the car, and can stay alone after getting used to it. Tequila is in top physical condition and loves to be active. He has been checked by a vet and is of course up to date with vaccinations and deworming. If necessary, Tequila wears his muzzle stress-free. Although Tequila now has a lot of fun in the social playgroup, we are looking for a single place for Tequila, without other animals, cats, or children. A perfect match for Tequila would be a structured daily routine in a one- or two-person household, with a rural environment and an enclosed garden. Update 05.09.2025 Tequila feiert heute seinen 7. Geburtstag. Leider ist der Boxerjunge noch immer auf der Suche nach seinen Menschen. Tequila hat sich in der Trainingspension so gut entwickelt, dass Tequila von dort in sein Zuhause ziehen muss. Der Umzug würde von seinen Trainern begleitet werden, sodass im neuen Heim auch alles passt. Das neue Heim kann auch eine Dauerpflegestelle sein. Sprecht uns einfach an. Die Unterbringung in einer Trainingspension ist monatlich natürlich mit erheblichen Kosten verbunden, die unsere Vereinskasse arg belasten. Wir sind von Herzen dankbar für die Unterstützung, die Tequila bereits bekommt. Bedauerlicherweise sind unsere monatlichen Kosten um ein Vielfaches höher. Vielleicht kann sich noch der eine oder andere Boxerfreund vorstellen, Tequila mit einer Patenschaft zu unterstützen. Jeder noch so kleine Betrag hilft. Euer Tequila _______ 02.03.2025 Wir erinnern uns kaum noch an den Tequila, der im Januar des vergangenen Jahres bei uns eintraf. So bemerkenswert positiv ist die mentale und physische Entwicklung unseres imposanten Boxerrüden. Doch, wenn ein Notboxer zu den Sorgenkindern gehört und sich über diesen Zeitraum in unserer Obhut befindet, wird er offensichtlich schnell als „unvermittelbar“ abgestempelt, ein Notboxer bei dem leider jeder Boxerinteressent weiter scrollt, er wird praktisch unsichtbar. Mit dem Tod seiner Bezugsperson stützte für Tequila seine Welt zusammen, ambivalente Monate folgten und Tequila „qualifizierte“ sich zum Sorgenkind. Tequilas überaus positive Entwicklung rechtfertigt diese Klassifizierung nun natürlich nicht mehr, dass der Boxerjunge keine einzige ernstgemeinte Anfrage bekommt, allerdings schon. Tequila ist alles andere als unvermittelbar, das gesamte Team vom Hunde-Trainingszentrum Heldenschmiede fiebert dem Tag entgegen, an dem sie Tequilas Koffer zum Tor tragen dürfen, gepackt ist er schon lange Zeit. Das intensive Training war die absolut richtige Entscheidung und eine gute Basis für Tequilas neues besseres Leben. Was für ein Zuhause suchen wir für Tequila? Unser Tequila ist von der Grundstimmung her ein charmanter Charakterkopf, der gut zu souveränen Boxerleuten passt. Menschen die Tequila Zeit geben eine Bindung aufzubauen, ihm Ruhe und Sicherheit vermitteln und dabei seine positive Entwicklung fortführend unterstützen. Bei geradliniger Führung und klarer Kommunikation nimmt Tequila Regeln gut an. Für einen Snack aus der Leberwursttube gibt Tequila alles. Tequila beherrscht die Grundkommandos, fährt im Auto mit und kann nach der Eingewöhnung allein bleiben. Tequila ist topfit und gern aktiv unterwegs. Dazu tierärztlich durchgecheckt und natürlich aktuell geimpft und entwurmt. Wenn situationsbedingt notwendig, trägt Tequila seinen Maulkorb völlig stressfrei. Auch wenn Tequila in der Sozialspielgruppe inzwischen großen Spaß hat, suchen wir für Tequila einen Einzelplatz, ohne Artgenossen, Katzen und ohne Kinder. Perfekt wäre für Tequila ein strukturierter Tagesablauf in einem Ein– oder Zweipersonen-Haushalt, unverzichtbar ein ländliches Umfeld und ein eingezäunter Garten.
