His story: This handsome, black-and-white male dog goes by the wonderful name Tesoro. The name comes from Italian and means "Schatzi" in English. The Dog Schatz was found homeless on the streets by the Dog Catchers and brought to the public shelter in Bistrita. There, he lived alone for many months in a 2qm space, until he finally got the chance to travel. Currently, Tesoro lives in a pension in Friesenhagen and is looking forward to visitors so that he can finally find the people where he can be happy. He gets along well with other dogs, but the little Tesoro has probably not had many, or at least no particularly positive, experiences with people yet. He is still very cautious around humans but shows a certain curiosity. In the pension, he has already gotten used to his harness and enjoys the daily walks. He is enjoying his new freedom and no longer having to live in a 2qm space. The pension is very pleased with the handsome male dog and says that he is making progress every day. We wish our little handsome Schatz a home with dog-experienced people who bring patience and love to show the male dog what it means to be a part of a household. Tesoro will likely need some time to settle in and build trust with his people. Give him that time and space. Once the trust is there, he will surely enjoy learning together, going for walks, and cuddling extensively. Tesoro wishes for a rural home, preferably with a garden. Seine Geschichte: Dieser hübsche, schwarz-weiße Rüde trägt den wundervollen Namen Tesoro. Der Name kommt aus dem Italienischen und bedeutet übersetzt „Schatzi“. Der Hundeschatz wurde von den Dog Catchern herrenlos auf der Straße gefunden und in das öffentliche Shelter von Bistrita gebracht. Dort lebte er viele Monate einsam auf 2qm, bis er endlich die Chance bekommen hat, auszureisen. Aktuell lebt Tesoro in einer Pension in Friesenhagen und freut sich schon auf Besuch, damit auch er endlich seine Menschen findet, bei denen er glücklich werden darf. Mit anderen Hunden verträgt er sich gut, aber mit Menschen hat der kleine Tesoro wohl noch nicht viele, bzw. zumindest keine sonderlich positiven Erfahrungen gemacht. Er zeigt sich uns Menschen gegenüber noch sehr vorsichtig, aber durchaus neugierig. In der Pension lässt er sich bereits das Geschirr gut anlegen und geht die täglichen Gassirunden gerne mit. Er geniesst die neue Freiheit und dass er nicht mehr auf 2 qm eingepfercht leben muss. Die Pension ist ganz begeistert von dem hübschen Rüden und sagt, dass er täglich Fortschritte macht. Wir wünschen uns für unseren kleinen hübschen Schatz, hundeerfahrene Menschen, die Geduld und Liebe mitbringen, dem Rüden ganz in Ruhe zu zeigen was so zum Hundeleben in einem Haushalt dazugehört. Tesoro wird sicher einige Zeit brauchen, bis er sich eingelebt und Vertrauen zu seinen Menschen gefasst hat. Diese Zeit und den Raum sollte man ihm geben. Ist das Vertrauen einmal da, wird er sicher viel Freude daran haben gemeinsam zu Lernen, Spaziergänge zu machen und ausgiebig zu kuscheln. Tesoro wünscht sich ein ländliches Zuhause, gerne mit Garten. Wir schätzen Tesoros Alter auf etwa 2,5 Jahre. Tesoro kann nach positiver Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro vermittelt werden.
