Theodor kam im August mit seinen 4 Geschwistern aus einer illegalen Vermehrung zu uns. Er ist ein lebenslustiger Kater, der noch viel Spiel und Spaß benötigt. Er ist beim ersten Treffen etwas scheu, was sich allerdings nach ein paar Minuten langsam legt. Die Neugier und der ständige Kontakt zu Menschen lässt ihn schnell auftauen. Leider darf man bei dieser Rasse, so niedlich sie auch aussehen, nie vergessen, dass es sich um Qualzuchten handelt. Der Mensch nutzt hier leider Gendefekte, um eine Verniedlichung der Tiere zu erreichen und nimmt dadurch eventuelle spätere Leiden der Tiere einfach in Kauf. Die Scottish Fold (Schottische Faltohrkatze) ist eine anerkannte Qualzucht, da ihre charakteristischen Knickohren auf einen schmerzhaften Gendefekt im gesamten Körper zurückgehen.
