For Thyson, we are looking for people who want to give a chance at a new start to this 7-year-old male dog and are physically capable of handling such a large and very agile dog. The lovable Cane-Corso mix requires a short get-to-know phase to warm up to new people. Typical of the breed, he is initially more skeptical towards unfamiliar people, but this changes quickly once he meets new people. However, during his time at the shelter, Thyson has already displayed behaviors that should not be overlooked and will present challenges to future adopters. If Thyson becomes overly excited, has unmet expectations from people, or finds himself in a situation where his own perspective is important, he will make this clear with full body and teeth involvement. For these reasons, a muzzle is strictly necessary during the get-to-know phase and at other times as needed during training.

Für Thyson suchen wir Menschen, welche dem 7-jährigen Rüden eine Chance auf einen Neustart geben möchten und auch körperlich in der Lage sind mit so einem großen und sehr agilen Hund umzugehen. Der liebenswerte Cane-Corso- Mix benötigt eine kurze Kennenlernphase um gegenüber neuen Personen aufzutauen. Rassetypisch ist er fremden Personen gegenüber anfangs eher skeptisch, was sich allerdings schnell ändert, sobald er neue Menschen kennenlernt. Allerdings hat Thyson während seines Tierheimaufenthaltes bereits Verhaltensweisen an den Tag gelegt, welche nicht verharmlost werden sollten und auch künftige Übernehmer vor einige Herausforderungen stellen werden. Gerät Thyson in eine zu hohe Erregungslage, hat eine unerfüllte Erwartungshaltung an den Menschen oder findet sich in einem Konflikt wieder, in dem sein eigener Standpunkt ihm durchaus wichtig ist, verdeutlicht er dies mit vollem Körpereinsatz sowie mit seinen Zähnen. Aus diesen Gründen ist während der Kennenlernphase, sowie später situativ und im Training ein Maulkorb zwingend notwendig. Ebenso zeigte sich nach einiger Zeit bei uns, dass der imposante Rüde auch sein Futter verteidigt, was letztendlich wohl auch der Grund für eine bereits gescheiterte
