It never fails to impress, and it is just one of the many things that makes him so wonderfully loveable and impossible to resist.With his striking looks, kind soul, and heart of pure gold, Tiny Tim truly is the full festive package. He is bursting with charm, character, and joy, a real sunshine boy who lights up every room he walks into. With Tiny Tim around, even the gloomiest winter days feel brighter, warmer, and a little more hopeful. He does have a bit of a vocal side and enjoys having a friendly chat now and then, but this only adds to his charm and makes him feel even more full of character.Despite his name, Tiny Tim is not actually tiny at all, which makes it all the more fitting in a Christmas Carol sort of way. He is not massive, but he certainly does not fit the tiny label, and we love the irony. He is mostly a laid-back boy who is happy to take each day as it comes, enjoying his walks, his cuddles, and the simple pleasures in life. Once his morning routine is done and he has had his fill of love, he is perfectly content to relax and snooze. In his kennel he is quiet, calm, and easy to care for, and apart from the occasional cheerful chat, you would hardly know he is there.Tiny Tim loves being around other greyhounds and is adored by humans and hounds alike. He has such a kind heart and gentle soul, and his love is something truly special. He enjoys being close to his people and can be a little shadow at times, quietly following along just to be near, which only adds to his charm. He is the perfect balance of fun loving and easy going, playful yet calm, affectionate yet relaxed. Tiny Tim wins hearts wherever he goes, and everyone who meets him falls head over paws in an instant. From the moment he entered our care, it felt as though he had found his place, and we have loved sharing every moment with this special boy. Getting to know him and building such a lovely bond has been an absolute joy, and I feel incredibly lucky to spend time with him. He truly deserves the very best retirement, one filled with love, comfort, and plenty of Tiny Tim cuddles to keep his spirits bright.Tiny Tim is a confident boy who has taken everything we have thrown his way in his stride, never losing that cheeky sparkle or gentle heart we all adore. He has done brilliantly in every assessment and new situation, proving time and time again that he is adaptable, steady, and full of good cheer. He would settle into most home environments with ease, as he is not fussy about where he lives, as long as he has humans who adore him and treat him with patience and kindness. All Tiny Tim truly asks for is love, a soft place to rest, and people who see him as the little Christmas miracle he is.During his time with us, Tiny Tim has had a couple of female kennel mates and has always got along beautifully with them. He is happy sharing his space and enjoys the company of other hounds, bringing his calm and friendly nature into every shared moment. He would be more than content sharing his forever home with a friendly female greyhound, but he would also thrive as the only dog, soaking up all the love and attention for himself like the star of his own festive story. Tiny Tim is very much a people dog, and his affection flows easily to both humans and hounds, making him wonderfully flexible in what his future home could look like.Given that Tiny Tim is seven years old, we do feel that a home without young children would suit him best. He loves people of all ages, but he truly deserves a quiet, calm, and cosy retirement, the kind where life moves at a gentle pace. He could live happily with mature children who understand his need for space, especially around mealtimes and rest, but an adult only home would allow him to fully relax and enjoy being the centre of his humans world. After waiting so long for a home, we want his next chapter to be perfect, because Tiny Tim deserves nothing less.During his dog test, Tiny Tim was the perfect gentleman, showing off his best manners like a true festive hero. He walked beautifully alongside Blossom, giving her space when she needed it and offering polite, happy sniffs along the way. He was calm, friendly, and confident throughout, and we were so pleasantly surprised by how settled and relaxed he was in her presence. Blossom took to him straight away, and it was clear that Tiny Tim’s gentle charm works its magic wherever he goes.Tiny Tim truly is a treasure, a boy full of love, laughter, and light, ready to bring warmth into a lucky home. With his playful spirit, affectionate heart, and loyal soul, he has everything you could ever want in a best friend. And just like his namesake, Tiny Tim reminds us that the smallest moments of kindness mean everything. Welcome him into your life, and your heart will be singing God bless us, everyone.
