Lovely Tofu is looking for a home as the only cat, where he would receive attention and love. Tofu had a dental cleaning in the spring. X-rays showed that three front teeth are broken and the roots of the broken teeth should be removed. Also, the upper molar is slightly broken at the tip, but not requiring removal. Removal of the front teeth roots was recommended by the veterinarian during the next dental cleaning, about a year from now. Tofu can live well and would gladly move into his own home for the rest of his life. Tofu is a lovely 11-year-old cat who is very gentle and calm. Tofu is looking for a home primarily as the only cat, he has no experience with other cats. Tofu is very social and wants to be always by a person's side (read: on the lap). Therefore, the door between the person and Tofu must never be closed. Tofu is not very interested in playing with people, but plays on his own. Tofu has a mild grain allergy and the wet food must be grain-free. Tofu also has a tendency to constipation, but Royal Canin Fibre dry food has helped with that. Tofu has been diagnosed with asthma and receives inhaled cortisone twice a day for now. Due to hypokalemia, he has potassium supplements twice a day for now. Tofu takes his medications nicely, but due to the mentioned illnesses we hope for a forever home with some cat experience. Tofu gets along very well with children, even small ones. He has no experience with dogs.

Ihana Tofu etsii kotia ainoana kissana, jossa hän saisi huomiota ja rakkautta. Tofu kävi keväällä hammaskivenpoistossa. Röntgenin yhteydessä huomattiin, että kolme etuhammasta on katkenneet ja katkenneiden juuret tulisi poistaa. Sekä yläkulmahammas on pienesti kärjestä katkennut, mutta ei poistokunnossa. Etuhampaiden juurten poistoa suositeltiin eläinlääkärin toimesta seuraavan hammaskivenpoistokäynnin yhteydessä noin vuoden päästä. Tofu voi hyvin ja mielellään muuttaisi omaan loppuelämänsä kotiin. Tofu on ihana 11v kissa joka on hyvin kiltti ja rauhallinen. Tofu etsii kotia ensisijaisesti ainoana kissana, kokemusta muista kissoista hänellä ei ole. Tofu on hyvin sosiaalinen ja haluaa olla aina ihmisen vieressä (lue sylissä). Ovi ihmisen ja Tofun välillä ei voi siis koskaan olla kiinni. Tofu ei ole kovin kiinnostunut leikeistä ihmisen kanssa, mutta leikkii itsekseen. Tofulla on lievä vilja-allergia ja märkäruoan pitää olla viljatonta. Tofulla on myös taipumusta ummetukseen, mutta Royal Canin Fibre kuivaruoka on siihen auttanut. Tofulla on todettu astma ja hän saa inhaloitavaa kortisonia 2 kertaa päivässä toistaiseksi, hypokalemian vuoksi hänellä on käytössä kaliumlisä 2 kertaa päivässä toistaiseksi.
