Update 24.04.2021: I've been here for quite some time now and have settled in very well. Since I've been at the animal shelter, I've learned a lot. I'm still very friendly with people, but for some reason, some men can be a bit grusely at first. That changes quickly once I get to know them. Still, my new people should have some dog experience, so I don't lead them on. With other dogs, I'm generally compatible depending on the relationship. Sometimes I might have to give the odd dog a little lecture when we're on the leash. If you consistently tell me to stop, I will. Ignoring is also okay. :-). I'd rather have my new human all to myself. I've discovered ball playing here and really enjoy it. It would be great if you could show me exactly how to bring the ball back to the person, as playing alone is more fun. Later on, I'll probably also enjoy running alongside a bike or going for a jog in the woods, since I'm quite a sporty dog. Small children shouldn't live in my new home, as I don't know them and can't assess them. Otherwise, I'd be very happy to attend some dog training classes. There, we can learn a lot together and make a great team.

Update 24.04.2021: Inzwischen bin ich schon eine ganze Weile hier und habe mich auch schon sehr gut eingelebt. Seitdem ich hier im Tierheim bin, habe ich schon Vieles gelernt. Zu Menschen bin ich nach wie vor sehr freundlich, nur manche Männer finde ich aus irgendeinem Grund anfangs etwas gruselig. Das ändert sich aber schnell, wenn ich diese erst mal kennen gelernt habe. Trotzdem sollten meine neuen Menschen über eine gewisse Hundeerfahrung verfügen, damit ich ihnen nicht auf der Nase herum tanze :-) Mit anderen Hunden bin ich je nach Sympathie verträglich. Draußen an der Leine meine ich schon mal den ein oder anderen Hund anpöbeln zu müssen. Wenn man mir aber konsequent sagt, dass ich dies lassen soll, mache ich das dann auch. Ignorieren ist ja auch OK :-) Mein neues Herrchen oder Frauchen möchte ich daher lieber für mich alleine haben. Ich habe hier das Bällchen spielen für mich entdeckt und finde das ganz toll. Gut, dass ich den Ball dann zurück zum Menschen bringen soll, dass muss man mir nochmal genau zeigen :-) alleine spielen macht irgendwie mehr Spaß. Später laufe ich bestimmt auch gerne am Fahrrad mit oder wir gehen im Wald joggen, denn ich bin eigentlich ein sehr sportlicher Hund. Kleine Kinder sollten eher nicht in meinem neuen Zuhause leben. Da ich diese noch nicht kenne und nicht weiß, wie ich diese einschätzen soll. Ansonsten würde ich mich auch über den Besuch einer Hundeschule sehr freuen. Da kann ich noch Vieles mit Dir zusammen lernen und wir werden ein tolles Team. Bis bald Eure Tyra
